Mooi hotel met erg vriendelijke staf. En op een heel goede plek dichtbij alles. Aanrader!!

Er is slechts één waterdispenser op b1 en deze moet worden gevuld met een kan
Wasmachine*3, 300 yen voor één wasbeurt, geen wasmiddel
Droger*3, 100 yuan gedurende 30 minuten.
Ga naar buiten en sla rechtsaf naar McDonald's en Yayoi
Wegens gebrek aan personeel sloot het om 21.30 uur.
Yoshinoya aan de overkant is 24 uur per dag geopend.
Als je naar buiten gaat, sla je linksaf en je zult drogisterijen, supermarkten en winkels van 100 yuan vinden
Er is keukengerei en servies aanwezig in de kamer
Maar er is geen keukenmes, dat moet je zelf meenemen.
Ik ben te lui om met mijn bagage de trappen van Karasuma Line Exit 1 te nemen
U kunt naar uitgang 6 gaan en de lift nemen
Ongeveer 700 yen per taxi vanaf het station van Kyoto

Like the hotel location, just 1 stop away from Kyoto station or 10 min walk. Close the subway, easy to travel with the public transport. Lobby area is quite good and service is great. Water cooler is in the level B1, would have been great to have a water cooler on the same floor. Rooms are quite nice and spacious but may need renovation. No hand wash inside the washroom possible as they placed the basin outside which we didn't really like.
Overall we think of it as a cosy economical stay in Kyoto. For luxury, there are better options.

Amazing hotel! Great location ! Excellent service from the receptionists. I would like to stay again in this hotel. Affordable and yet. accessible to tourists spots . Walking distance to major scenery as well. I hope to be back soon.
There’s a lot of restaurant beside the accomodation!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone , Solo or business travellers

Very helpful front desk service. Location’s pretty convenient & quiet. Not directly in any tourist spot, but very central. Room has everything you need.

Right outside Gojo station, 2-3min walk. Clean and convenient. Supermarket nearby. Breakfast is sufficient but nothing fantastic. Great room size!

Location is very convenient, just under 100m from Gojo station ( one stop from Kyoto station), short walk to bus stop too. 24 hour Udon shop, soba shop, McDonald is nearby. 100 yen shop next to bus stop. Daily housekeeping, friendly and helpful front desk, i love the kitchenette where i can wash/ prepare fruits, u can heat up food with the microwave, coin operated washing machine on B1. I extended our stay up to 5 nights at the hotel. Will visit again next trip.

We have stayed at Citadines several times, and it is certainly not one of the best hotels in the chain.
The rooms are very small, but functional. The breakfast almost doesn't deserve the name, the selection and quality are below average.
The friendly and courteous service and the location right next to the metro station should be emphasised.
Based on the last two points, I award 4 points.
