必須要狂贊這家酒店呀。超級新的酒店，服務超級好，衞生超級好，粉色少女心，房間內的酒櫃太贊啦。贈送了兩盒馬卡龍以及無數餅乾。早餐提供中文菜單，定食值，邊吃早餐邊欣賞鴨川風景，無敵滿意。去京都一定要選這家酒店，比起動不動就人民幣一萬以上的五星級酒店，房價是五星級酒店的零頭，服務是超五星級的服務，每天晚上還有面膜贈送，戴森吹風機。一樓前台小美女還會説幾句中文，餐廳的服務員多多少少都會幾句中文，讓人感覺賓至如歸！
一萬個滿意。對了，Wifi網速特別快。哈哈哈。還有就是入住不收按金。

房間面積大，門口就有公交車站，房內還贈送了很多馬卡龍，餅乾等零食，每天還會贈送美白麪膜，不過沒有浴缸這點有些可惜，畢竟來京都天天暴走後回到酒店非常需要泡個腳；工作人員都很熱情，英文也都不錯，交流順暢，不過早餐衹有一種套餐，吃到第三天有點emm……房間正對鴨川，每天在十樓吃早餐遠眺也是一種享受～

I had an excellent stay at Fauchon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The hotel staff were also incredibly attentive and polite throughout our stay.
My room was small but comfortable, featuring modern and luxurious amenities that were stylishly pink in colour and comfortable bedding. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with thoughtful touches including a whole array of complimentary cookies and cake. Breakfast was served as a set menu and selection was limited and basic but expertly prepared and presented.
The hotel's location was also perfect for me because it is situated right in the heart of Kyoto yet away from the crowded spots with excellent access to public transportation. The bus station is right in front of the hotel, the nearest train station is about 10 mins walk and the hotel is approx 15 mins walk to Kawaramachi Street (shopping area). Just behind our hotel is the river and all the restaurants. Our room has the mountain view.

This luxury boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is impressive. Every aspect of the guest experience has been thought through. From check-in to check-out, we felt like VIPs. The room was as beautiful as it was comfortable. Food at the Geand Café was spectacular. Perfect location, with several several buses stopping right in front of the hotel, making exploring Kyoto very convenient. Short walk to Gion and other interesting areas. The only area for inprovement would be offering a wider selection for breakfast. It was excellent, but we wished there were additional options. Will return next time I’m in Kyoto!

The room is bigger than average in Japan. Have comfortable bed and pillows. Miss Kana is very helpful and attentive.

各方面都很滿意。地鐵站都是五分鐘左右步行距離，門口有公交，也可以步行到清水寺。周圍三五分鐘內有便利店。然而正好不被景點和商業區的吵鬧所打擾。服務也都很好。下次還會選擇這裏。
