Great funky and cool new hotel in a very convenient area of Kyoto. The vibe is just very chill and with many facilities nearby this is the ideal place to stay.
Subway is just minutes away and down the street are many small bakery shops. The staff is very helpful and the facilities are great. Close to the Palace or can with a bit of a walk get to Nishiki market. Highly recommended

Great design and chilled atmosphere. Roomy space and friendly staff. Even better environment than NYC Ace. Didn't try the food there, since I am not a big fan of American food. Good stay overall.

Super nice retro-fitting hotel with all the details presented in a consistent style and tone. The vinyl record collection was impressive. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

I love this hotel
Its basically my home in Kyoto whenever I go
i love the food, the contemporary design! the coffee and the shops! its all perfect

If I could live in this hotel, I would. It’s beautiful, the service and staff are so gracious and welcoming, and it’s cool in a way that doesn’t make it feel uninclusive.
The deep bathtub was wonderful after a day of walking and the products from uka were especially nice. (I even bought a couple of them after checking out.)
The slippers and robes were lovely and the little bench in my room with a cushion and record player was a key hang out spot.

Staffs are so friendly and the view and lobby are so beautiful, especially at night. Also, bathroom and shower booth are spacious.
