離電車比較近，反正每天不到半夜不能睡，早上五六點就醒了（人到中年了有點聲音就睡不着😔）早上五六點烏鴉也開始呀呀呀的叫了然後電車跟上，連住五天就第一天會免費提供兩瓶礦泉水，五天內一次打掃衞生。房間在日本同等價位裏應該算蠻大的而且還帶廚房間，總體還是不錯的。

一家不錯的酒店，就是周沒有什麼商業買點東西太難了

It located a few minutes away from railway station. Parking lot is also available with charge of 1000 yen per day. It is a well equipped apar**ent and all appliances were in good condition. However there are some worn cookware such as scratched frying pan and cooking pot. Washing machine and thermo ventilator were equipped at bathroom area. Free laundry detergent was particular friendly merit. Overall, it is a admirable accommodation with all necessary facilities and services get you refreshed and a excellent journey

The worst hotel experience in my entire life. They charged me additional $100 because I couldn’t provide Corona test result which I didn’t even know of when reserving and paying online. They gave me 2 options to either pay $100 on top of want I already paid online or cancelled the stay and pay $150 cancellation fee.(they can deduct and refund the rest so I don’t have a choice since I already paid online). So I was pretty much powerless I chose the latter one because I feel sick of their intimidation. My advice: - only pay at check in - don’t use *********** and watch for Corona test results tap.(they show cheaper price assuming you have negative test result or Japan issued vaccine certificate)

Stayed here for one week though it’s a bit far from Kyoto main station but the staff are very accommodating the view some is so beautiful, they have complete facilities the room is big and the Japanese hospitality superb. I recommend this apar**ent if ever the visit Kyoto Japan

Per noi che viaggiavamo un auto a noleggio questo Apar**ent hotel si è rivelato una soluzione perfetta. Si trova nella parte sud di Kyoto, in una zona decentrata, ma molto tranquilla. C'è è una stazione a 200/300 metri. L'appartamento era grande e dotato di soluzioni all'avanguardia a cominciare dalla cabina doccia/vasca della quale potevi regolare tutto, dalla temperatura ambiente al tasso di umidità. Superlativa. Il personale dell'hotel si è sempre rivelato molto disponibile e cortese. Il rapporto qualità prezzo uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai trovato.
