設施一般，窗外也沒啥風景，但乾淨方便，就在地鐵站旁邊，早餐也不錯，服務態度也很好。監獄風的走廊，有點搞笑😂

地理位置非常好，就在京都站旁邊，房間也算大的了，就是插座太少，就床頭兩邊各一個加上總共四個USB接口，但是入住以後我們在床頭縫裡發現沒有打掃乾淨的食品袋，跟前台溝通後，前台問我是否需要更換房間，我們因為太累不想重新收拾箱子就説不需要了，但請第二天打掃衞生時認真一點，前台也答應了，確認了房間號，結果第二天晚上回來發現床鋪已經整理過了，可袋子還躺在那

酒店比較新。房間夠大，除了兩張床，還有一個沙發。乾濕分離，衞浴都很新。住着很舒服。酒店風格設計比較簡約，大堂每晚都有設計師設計的燈光撒下來，像雨像櫻花，很美。
需要提高的是自助早餐，品種真的很少，每天不帶換花樣的。
還有一個餐廳是提供定食早餐的，可以試試。

京都驛邊上很方便，酒店員工很棒，酒店超有設計感，現代和風，房間寬敞，和式早餐很贊，音樂聲光台階都是極好的，下次入住還會選擇這裏

Excelente hotel com café da manhã e serviço impecáveis . Não é a melhor localização da cidade mas a poucos passos da estação de trem que permite fácil mobilidade entre as cidades de Osaka e Nara . Quartos espaçosos , com incrível design e muito limpos , amenidades excelentes , chuveiro e banheiros muito bons .

交通方便，出了新幹線走幾步就是酒店，鬧中取靜。住過服務最好的酒店沒有之一！感覺像回家了一樣。特別特別要表揚前台一個會中文的短髮的皮膚特別好的小姐姐。不知道叫什麼名字。但是真的各種貼心各種服務周到！太滿意了。跟朋友一致後悔京都住的時間太短了。下次來直接住這裏。多住幾天。
