A very decent and comfortable hotel with such a reasonable price. The staffs are so much friendly and helpful.

The hotel is quite new but small, front desk staff is very friendly with quite good English, we saw quite a lot of Asia and European tourists stayed in this hotel.
The hotel provide hot spring service, and micro wave, nearby has a good ramen restaurants.

We booked a room for four days. Because we forgot the itinerary and everyone was dealing with jet lag, it was very tiring and the schedule was very confusing. On the third day, we thought our stay was up, so we checked out at the front desk. The front desk didn't even tell us that we still had one more day of accommodation.

One of the best hotel stay in our recent japan trip.
Standard twin room is spacious enough with a good view!
Neighbourhood is one metro stop north to the kyoto station. While 10mins bus ride from Gino-shijo. So very close to the central areas. U may also ask front desk for the info of renting bike to go around the city. Another common way to get around kyoto like the locals!
The staff are very polite and can communicate with fluent English as well.
You may if the self-laundry/public bath/breakfast area are available or crowded real time on your room tv, very nice function!
There r more amenities to be borrowed e.g hair heating straightener and iron etc
Would highly recommend considering the very reasonable price!

There are everything you need in the room. The hotel is lovely and clean. Bathroom and toilet are separated. It also has an onsen for the guest.

This delightful hotel is conveniently located right near the Gojo subway station. Lots of great restaurants close by. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need.

The hotel was very close to a railway station, and in walking distance from Nishiki market and Gion. The room was spacious enough, towels and amenities were replaced daily, and the room was also cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel offered many joices for breakfast, from western to japanese, and everything was fresh and tasty. It also has two washing machines for laundry.
