Have a bad experience on the check in timing . Not sure is trip problem or hotel problem , cannot find my booking .

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. For its price, the room is in excellent condition, a good size and very clean. My only gripe is that on this side of Kyoto there aren't many tourist attractions, but that is not the hotel's fault.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, and the location was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying there.

I had a wonderful experience here. The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessities like a TV, bathroom, and electric kettle. Its convenient location near cultural attractions made exploring the city a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond by providing umbrellas and plug-in adapters. I look forward to staying here again during my next trip to Japan.

My magnet card wasn't working for the whole weekend. And the staff doesn't speak English very well. But the hotel is quite nice. One laundry machine was broken though. Overall it's still a good hotel
