Excellent location, right in front of Nusamai Bridge and walking distance to the fisherman wharf. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel, all with pretty good reviews. Breakfast was great too, lots of selection and taste good. The only thing I don't quite like was the room. Booked a 3 bedded room, room was clean, no view, basic amenities, nothing special about the room. Air con is controlled by a centralised system, I went in June, and it was too warm at night. I feel the price is quite expensive for the room.

酒店位置不錯有食肆便利店算方便，前枱工作人員態度好，房間偏少但都可接受，有溫泉大浴場附露天風呂好舒服，早餐食物也不錯

今回2回目の利用です。
場所は釧路川沿いでいい場所にあります。
天空の湯という露天風呂は最高で、サウナがあるのも嬉しいです。館内はとても清潔感があってとてもよいのですが、今回泊まった部屋は窓はあるものの外が見えず、また北側？の部屋だったのか薄暗い感じだったのが残念でした。宿泊料が安かったので割り切ることにします。

スタッフの方からの声掛けも毎回いつも通りあり、
こちらの要望にも応えてもらい、嬉しかったです。
お部屋の洗面、バスルームにお手拭きタオルがあると
ありがたいですね

釧路に泊まる時は、常宿にしています。
温泉とサウナがあり気にいっていますし、朝ごはんが北海道ローカルな感じで懐かしい。
