La Vista Kusatsu Hills

Pros: 1. The room was incredibly spacious, with 4 beds even though we were only a party of 3. The mountain view from the room was fantastic! 2. Overall cleanliness was good. 3. Excellent location near Yubatake, where local shops and dining options are plentiful. 4. The private onsen was amazing, with a convenient button to refill hot water into the tub. 5. Special afternoon and evening times offered free food at the lounges, including ice cream, turnip soup, sausages, noodles, and special amenities like complimentary interdental brushes and facial masks. 6. Hotel staff provided excellent and efficient service. 7. Dinner was a delightful 7-course meal, with each evening featuring a different menu. 8. Breakfast was quite good with a decent variety. 9. The complimentary parking area was spacious with plenty of spots, located right next to the hotel entrance. Cons: 1. There isn't much to criticise about the place. Perhaps the breakfast spread could vary slightly each day.

No towels are provided in the public hot spring places and needa to bring from room to the onsen spot. Asked the staff about the routes from Kusatsu to Shinjuku and they have no clue at all. Finally got one English speaking staff told us that theres direct bus from the station to Shinjuku. Asked again whether advanced booking of the bus tickets are needed and the staff said it’s not necessary. We ended up the next day missed two earlier buses coz they were already full and we were reluctant to have 2 times transport changes by asking the tourism information centre. Barely staffs can speak and understand English well. However, the French set dinner are really nice and out of our expectations.

Hotel not good for big group family travel with minibus.

The room is excellent. I can hv hot spring inside the room.

今次旅程聽朋友介紹選擇咗呢間酒店，價錢黎講，唔包二食都$2xxx其實係幾貴 酒店位置就唔係湯畑附近，酒店雖然有車接駁，但睇落班次唔密，尾班車都好早 但我哋係自駕遊就唔怕唔方便，反而有個幾大嘅停車場方便泊車 一入門口職員好用心咁介紹酒店設施，無訂二食都唔緊要，唔同時間有唔同嘅免費食物同飲品提供 有男女大浴場，另外有幾個先到先得嘅私人風呂，但其實訂嘅房本身就有私人風呂，所以其實都好多選擇又私隱度好高 房間就好似酒店影嘅相咁，無咩特別，都係分廁所、沖涼間、露天風呂相連露台同卧室，係卧室以溫泉旅館黎講算好細 整體感覺良好，但價錢應該平少少會合理啲

房間大小適中，有户外私湯很舒服，去的那天剛好大雪，房間能看到雪景，滑雪場，温泉街就在走路10分鐘的地方，酒店也有免費bus接送。6樓按照時段提供免費餐飲，也有免費私湯，提供四種不同形式和兩種不同泉水。

房間不錯，設施齊全，泡温泉♨的裝備一應俱全，還有私湯可以享受一下。酒店有免費拉麪，啤酒，香腸，冰激凌，飲料提供，非常周到，早餐晚餐都好吃。

酒店很好，有很多自助式的小食服務。就是房間裏的熱水太小了。其他都很好。酒店有班車服務，偶然發現酒店有到輕井澤接送的班車。諮詢了班車司機，原來是要和酒店預約，但是攜程這邊看不到這類訊息所以我們沒有提前預約，不然可以省一筆大巴費用。

개인적으로 굉장히 만족도 높았고, 재방문 의사 있습니다. 위치는 구사츠 온천의 남동쪽 언덕 위에 위치하고 있습니다. 걸어서 유비타케나 다른 관광지로 가기엔 위치가 좋지 않습니다만, 1시간 마다 운영중인 셔틀버스가 있습니다. 일반적인 호텔 스타일의 료칸입니다. 디럭스 트윈 룸을 예약했는데, 같은 가격 같은 넓이의 할리우드 트윈 룸과 어떤 차이가 있는지는 모르겠습니다. 객실 수가 100개가 넘은 규모가 있는 호텔입니다만, 직원들이 손님 하나 하나 기억하고 서비스 하는 모습이 인상적입니다. 프론트에서 봤던 직원이 라운지에 있고, 식당에도 있고 인상적이었습니다. 다만, 영어로 의사소통이 가능한 직원이 많지는 않습니다. 저녁은 양식, 아침은 뷔페 스타일로 서비스 됩니다. 저녁은 나쁘지 않은 편이었으며, 아침은 뷔페지만 리필이 되지 않는 스타일인게 단점입니다. 해당 메뉴가 떨어지면 그냥 그 메뉴를 치워버립니다. 무조건 일찍 가서 먹어야 합니다. 하프 보드의 석식과 조식 외에도 2~3시간 단위로 라운지에서 계속 다른 음식을 제공합니다. 체크인 하면 라운지에서 아이스크림을 제공하고 식사 전에 맥주와 소시지 그리고 당근스프를 제공합니다. 식사 후에는 핫초코와 차 등을 제공하고, 저녁 10시부터 11시 사이에는 라운지에서 라멘을 제공합니다. 소유 라멘과 토마토 라멘 두 종류를 제공했습니다. 맥주는 체크인부터 저녁 11시까지 무제한 제공이었습니다. 온천의 경우 총 3곳에서 진행할 수 있습니다. 방마다 1인용 욕조가 있어서 방에서 혼자 목욕을 할 수도 있고, 6층의 대욕장에서 다른 사람들과 함께 목욕을 할 수도 있고, 6층의 4개의 다른 컨셉의 프라이빗 욕실에서 목욕을 할 수도 있습니다. 객실에 샤워시설도 구비되어 있어, 가볍게 씻는 것은 객실에서도 가능합니다. 개인적으로 프라이빗 욕조가 기억에 남습니다. 사각의 일반적인 욕실, 자연 느낌 나게 돌들을 활용한 욕실, 옛날에 했음직한 타원형의 목재 욕조, 어릴적 다라이가 떠오르는 욕조까지 4가지 컨셉이 있습니다. 방의 개인 욕조는 찬 물을 이용하여 원하는 온도로 조절이 가능한 점도 좋았습니다. 아침에 체크아웃 시에는 30분 간격으로 셔틀버스가 구사츠 온천 터미널에 내려줍니다. 개인적으로 가격 대비 만족도가 높았어서, 구사츠 온천 재방문시 다시 투숙할 것 같습니다.
