酒店很新，服務也很好，每個人都很有禮貌，非常有服務意識，見到客人會主動打招呼，在大廳坐着休息的時候也會給你端一杯水。早餐也不錯，水果很新鮮，乾淨。我覺得這個酒店應該至少是四星級。前台特意給安排了安靜的朝向，睡的挺好的，感謝！出酒店正門右轉旁邊的那兩個高樓下面有吃東西的地方，還有超市，推薦吃蘭州拉麪那家，味道不錯。商務旅行首選，還會再來住。

房間非常的乾淨整潔，帶孩子住非常放心，酒店服務也到位，還貼心的準備了孩子的一次性拖鞋和牙刷，五一期間價格還不高，提前一天訂的，沒有溢價，性價比太讚了，贈送的早餐種類豐富精緻，口味也不錯，孩子都愛吃

酒店設施很新，衞生很好，衞生間乾濕分離的設計很人性化，洗澡、上廁所、洗臉互不影響，非常方便。淋浴房花灑水量很大，水很熱；淋浴房除了洗髮水和沐浴露還有護髮素，大大方便了長頭髮的女孩子；洗臉枱盆上除了洗手液還有潤膚乳。酒店早餐也可以，雖説春節期間（2024.2.10~2024.2.17）衹提供雞蛋、牛奶、麪包、麪條、餛飩等簡單的食物，但對於我們來説能吃飽。前台男生服務員很禮貌很紳士，服務意識很好，不僅升級房型（從5樓的小房間升級到7樓的大房間），還提供我們崑山一些好吃好玩的訊息。早餐廳煮麪條的師傅提供了很優質的服務，除了主動問我們要吃麪條還是餛飩，還問我們荷包蛋要不要，窩窩頭要不要，這是五星賓館也未必能做到的服務，我吃了麪條，感覺比樾河北路上*豐麪館的奧灶麪味道更好。走廊裏遇到做衞生的服務員，會主動微笑。從前台到餐廳到客房，所有的工作人員都提供了熱情細緻温馨的服務，讓客人感受到了家的温暖，很暖心，有機會來崑山還會繼續入住。

家人脚扭了，在家洗澡不太方便，順便找了一家离家比較近去了曼居酒店，走进店里感覺很舒服，前台几位小美女态度超級好，幫忙升級了房間，还有幫忙給了一个塑料橙子放在浴室坐著可以洗澡，房間里整洁舒适，床垫，忱头都挺好的卫生间沒异味，需要什么打电话立马送到，真的太貼心了，以后有需要还会续住的。
