Great location!! Wuyi metro entrance and shopping malls are opposite the hotel entrance, about 70m away. Kunminglao Street is across the Wuyi road. I choose the non-smoking room with a windows but no view. Price is reasonable and breakfast is included. No need to purchase a breakfast if your room includes 1 breakfast but you have 2 people in a room. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely value for money.

Nice clean rooms. Helpful frontdesk. English was not a problem as the personals were using translation apps and more importantly, very eager to help. Decent breakfast lineup.

The room is neat and tidy. The staff were helpful. The hotel is near to amenities and the night market is just a stone throw away.

Good location, in front of the hotel link to the Metro train, walking distance to old town for another experience. Hotel receptionist very friendly, good Chinese buffet, room size very spacious and clean. Very thought off for the customers and providing various chargers connector for customer in the room.
Will come to stay again and recommended.

Great location with the Wuyi Road metro station just a stone's throw away. Shopping malls, pedestrian streets, and food streets are right in front of the hotel. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. While breakfast is included, it mainly consists of local Chinese dishes rather than the international fare that foreigners might be accustomed to. Overall, it offers great value for money and comes highly recommended for those looking for convenience to amenities.

A value for money property to stay in Kunming. The location is near many shops and malls. I saw a underground station 100m from the hotel but I did not use it.
For this price, I give a 4.8 over 5

This is my second time staying here. Despite costing more this time, the room wasn't quite as nice and I didn't get breakfast included. Still handy location though and would probably come back here again.

Good hotel in a very nice area, near restaurants, also western, shops, shopping malls. Is a good option in Kunming.
