Very good location. Easy for traveller to find foods. The toilet is small, the bedroom and living are big. Overall, very good.

What a beautiful hotel! A night here felt like living in luxury. The rooms are located on the 31st floor, with beautiful views of Kunming. The room was clean and all amenities were provided for. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Kunming.

The hotel is on the 31st floor of the building, but was very easy to find, and the staff at the front desk made sure I knew where I was going. They even offered to video call me if I had trouble finding the place! Also very responsive when I was having trouble figuring out the wifi. The suites are large and quite decent.

I think it's OK for a night, but as much as the service was very nice, please remember when you're booking it's on the 31st floor of an apartment building. The office is a bit difficult to find and the staff is very nice and escorting you to your room, but it was so cold and all the windows were open, as well as a very uncomfortable sofa with stains. Listen, for the price it's fine for a night and the heater I moved into the bedroom and felt comfortable, the bed was comfortable as well. If you're passing throigh Kunming for a night, doable.

The hotel is some rooms among in business building and it is just beside of a shopping mall. Room is very clean and actually very satisfied. However, the building is poorly managed. Especially parking lot is full of disgusting smell and the first floor is greeting you with garbage smell although I think that this is not the hotel’s issue. Except for the smell of the building, it is very good.
