My wife and I stayed at the Feilite Hotel for three nights. We originally booked for two and then added a third while there. The location is close to the subway, which is about four stops from Kunming South Railway station. We then took a couple of day trips to Stone Forest and Jiuxiang Caves. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, though they did not speak any English. My limited Chinese was generally good enough, and with patience on my part and that of the staff, we were able to close any communication gaps with a translation app. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is on a really busy street with amenities like spas, shops, street food and a mall nearby. It's fine for what it is; you'll probably use it for a stopover for an early train from Kunming South Station. It's perfectly fine for a night or two

The front desk was polite and helpful from the start, making me feel welcomed. The room itself was spacious and clean and boasted a very comfortable and large bed. Even the bathroom was large with a separate shower and toilet, though I will say be careful of the flushing as it did spray a little bit. Overall the hotel was an excellent value for the money especially if you need to use Kunming South Railway Station.

酒店稍微老了一點，在公寓樓上，幾家酒店都在這棟樓上，人很多，很雜，談不上什麼級檔次，個普通酒店能入住吧？，周邊就是商圈，吃飯還倒挺方便的

房間寬大乾淨整潔，設施齊全，周邊小吃、早晚點、燒烤多，購物方便、地鐵口近，酒店寬大安靜，服務也好，入住舒心，睡得安穩，值得入住，下次再去住

攜程催我評價，因為發生不愉快的地方，我就説點真實的，這是我和女朋友第二次住這家酒店，這次定的普通類型大床房，第一，隔音差，配套設施老化，我住的房間2509存在吹風機一樣大的聲音，半夜都在叫，隔一段時間又發出這個聲音，半夜女朋友被嚇醒把我叫醒問是什麼怪聲音，我能負責任的説2509房間存在這樣的問題，第二，訂的兩天連住，入住前已經前台小女生説過過程不需要打掃，也留過個人電話，剛第二天吃個飯的時間回來，就發現窗户窗簾被打開房間有明顯人進來的痕跡，兩個人都很生氣，因為的確隨意放了私密，貴重，私隱物品在酒店，電腦全部放在書桌上打開的，我問過來送水的服務員是不是有人進我的房間過，説不知道叫我打電話去問，我打電話過去告訴我可能是我們的阿姨自己拿她的房卡就進去打掃了，我當時想着對接電話的發脾氣也沒有作用，又忍着去檢查了全部的物品和去消毒就沒有心思住下去了，住完這兩天換了家酒店，描述真實，説這些因為覺得菲利特算大一點的連鎖酒店才去住，你要進來打掃應該打電話問一下我呀，你前台不是特意留我電話了嗎 酒店方如果覺得描述誇張了可以打電話給我問我整個入住過程。

地理位置好，位於地鐵站附近，去昆明南站十分方便！房間整潔漂亮，坐在沙發上看着窗外美麗的風景，真的十分舒適，早餐品種多樣，小吃美食近在咫尺，是值得推薦的酒店！

設備都挺乾淨的，23樓有洗衣機不用自備洗衣粉，附近吃飯方便，旁邊就第一城，服務態度很好，早餐自助豐盛，缺點是冰箱功率太小根本冷凍不了
