Mengjing Wangyue Courtyard Hotel (Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street Jinma Bijifang Branch)

The hotel service is excellent and all the staff are very helpful and pay attention to our need. I can say the service is more than 5 star hotel. Breakfast is yummy and good quality with many varierities to choose. You will feel happy to say in this hotel.

Nice hotel located within walking distance to Nanping main Pedestrian street where all the malls are (about 12-15 mins) Spacious room with amenities provided. You have to pre-order your breakfast set a day before at the reception. They do provide tea time snacks during the tea break hours but we were out so did not try. Flower tea, mint sweet and some biscuits are available at the reception. The hotel is located about 80-100m from the main road. Car cannot enter the street. There’s no lift but the staff will help you with your luggage. Only downside is the room air conditioning is very weak. No matter how I adjust the temperature, it always back at 27 degree. Very weak wind from aircon. Thankfully the staff brought up a fan if not it’s really hard to sleep. The staff service is good and polite but they weren’t sure how to get to Stone Forest. Using the app, they said it’s 3.5 hours and there’s no bus there. Thankfully I googled and saw there’s a bus to stone forest from Kunming bus station. The bus journey is less than 2 hours only.

Great location, beautiful interior decoration The service is awesome even no one speaking english but they’re trying hard to communicate with us. We are happy with the hotel stay 2 nites on 6-8 Apr. Hotel cleaner took the initiative to tidy our cosmetics n clean our luggage bag n prepared foot baths for 2 of us. It's very sweet n nice. We will definitely introduce to our friend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say that the level of service I experienced was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day of my departure, every interaction with the hotel staff left me in awe. One aspect that stood out was the personalized service I received. This hotel is located within walking distance to Kunming Old Street (昆明老街）. Just a note that the hotel has no lift and if your room is on the 3rd level then you will have to make your way up. Rest assured that the hotel staff will assist with the bags and luggages. The hotel serves breakfast and offers coffee and tea whole day. Breakfast is served from 8am to 1pm as they may have guests who checked in late the night before. This was so thoughtful!!! They also serve supper such as porridge, green bean soup from 9pm till midnight. We had to check out at 4am and the hotel even prepared breakfast pack for us! It was simple rose flower pastry, milk and hard boiled egg. The staff were helpful and engaging and the hotel has many instagrammable spots to take photos.

Just stayed at MengjingWangYue last week, and it's a spot I'd definitely recommend, especially for its super convenient location near to the railway station(KunMing Railway station). It was a breeze getting here from KunMing Airport, by taking train. The breakfast was a highlight—loved the rice noodles! It's not often you find hotel breakfasts that memorable. The place was clean throughout, from the rooms to common areas. Furthermore, the staff were all friendly, making my stay even more comfortable. They really go the extra mile.Overall, this is a great find for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in one package.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were also very clean. In the end, the staff even gave us some souvenirs, which was very thoughtful. I really liked this hotel 🤍

We were very happy at the hotel. They provided excellent breakfast n the service was excellent. The staff saw my dirty socks at the corner of the room and even washed it for me for free. There is also free supper and free costume rentals. Overall a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again and recommend anyone coming Kunming to stay there.
