酒店地理位置真好，出門兩分鐘就到翠湖了。翠湖的海鷗很多，翠湖邊有健身器材，公園裡還有當地小吃。很好吃，還有一個小孩遊樂場、有很多小孩子玩的項目，我女兒玩的很開心。酒店相對比較舊一些，比較小一些，但是比較有特色。老闆很好。院子裏有一個魚塘，我女兒喜歡餵魚。

Good location close to the lake and friendly staff. Small room with confortable bed. Disappointed with the bathroom equipment: there were no towels. We asked the staff and it looks like the hotel only uses disposable ´towels’ which are something strange between toilet paper and floor wipes. Not practical nor sustainable at all. First time this happened to us in two weeks in Yunnan including in more remote places. We had a good stay despite this issue

我個人覺得是我在攜程訂的最差的酒店，雖然地理位置不錯，離翠湖公園和雲南大學，陸軍講武堂都很近，但房間的隔壁就是吃飯的包間，打開門也是吃飯的一個開放小廳，如果晚上有人吃飯喝酒太晚，你想早點休息都不行。房間也很小，和三百多的房費也不相配啊！

位置不錯，附近出行逛逛非常方便，離翠湖公園，橡皮書店，雲南大學，廣益飯店，昆明老街都很近。
整體服務不錯，老闆本人也很友好。
要説點不好的，那就是前台打工的小妹，入住辦理時的態度，冷冰冰，給人不了民宿的友好温暖感覺。
然後就是房間那個特色大沙發佔地太多，讓整體比較擁擠。

酒店服務員不錯，很客氣，也會幫忙提行李，給他們5分。地理位置不錯，前後都是值得一逛的地方。
好了，剩下的基本都是差評了，房間設施破舊，和充滿文藝氣息的酒店門頭天壤之別。
洗手間小強猖獗（見圖），大大小小都有，這些也都忍了。關鍵是，房間一整晚外牆的震動聲簡直要人命,錄了視頻，感受下這半夜催命的聲音。
希望酒店好好改善下設施，硬核的東西不改變，外觀漂亮沒用！作為攜程不要想着返傭，在選擇酒店的時候也考核下酒店該有的基礎設施是不是達標！

酒店設施設備很新，入住感覺良好，性價比高！主要前台工作人員服務熱情態度良好 有求必應，態度親切感非常好，服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏 值得推薦 歡迎大家打卡！

房間挺大的，有大大的落地窗，採光很好。
離翠湖很近，從旁邊的小路穿過去就是翠湖邊了
附近有很多大學，雲南大學、雲南師範大學什麼的，師範的西南聯大博物館值得一去
總之，非常推薦！性價比超高！
