This hotel is amazing, one of the best experience of all our trips around China. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. Breakfast was perfectly fine with a mixture of Chinese and western options. We had originally booked a deluxe queen room but the AC wasn’t working properly and the room became stuffy upon our arrival. We asked for help to fix it but the hotel offered us even a better solution. We were upgraded to a king suite, much bigger than our original booked room. This was a very generous offer. We will definitely come back to this hotel again in future.

我定酒店就兩個原則，第一要新，第二要交通方便。温德姆不算很新，但是勝在交通方便啊。那些什麼朵的價格已經700多了，我為什麼不住個温德姆呢？酒店的地理位置非常有優勢，五號線就在酒店的後面，去寶豐濕地公園，民族文化村，五一廣場等等都在一條地鐵線就搞掂。而且酒店後面就是美食一條街，各種美食都有，什麼福照樓，外婆味道，一朵菌等等等，也有百貨，普通大眾的品牌全部都有。酒店衞生乾淨，泳池和健身房真的特別贊，健身房感覺全新的，我基本一個承包整個健身房，真的不要太爽。早餐出品也不錯，特別那個破酥包，基本每天一個，早餐不用人山人海，好舒服。要説缺點，那估計就是三天的早餐都一樣，沒有更換菜式。總之這次的住宿非常滿意。

親子出遊選温德姆還是很nice的，由於假期原因我們入住時候已經沒有嬰兒床了，前台給我們換成兩個床拼起來超級大床防止孩子掉落，也是很貼心了，附近吃喝玩樂也很方便，停車也很方便！服務也很好💌

位置很好，離滇池不遠，旁邊就是南亞風情第一城走路可達，吃飯購物方便。
服務很好，前台CI速度快也很專業，協助錄入車牌號等等。入住期間送了水果和晚安飲品，很貼心。
酒店看着老但設施都不錯，備品好用。
早餐不錯，種類多。
節假日旅遊高峯期沒選擇住市區選擇住温德姆還是挺明智的選擇的，去機場不堵車半小時就到。以後再來昆明玩會繼續選擇這裏。

五一期間來昆明旅遊，酒店位置離地鐵五號線福海站很近，出行很方便，房間乾淨衞生設施都很好，早餐品種豐富，挺好吃的。服務中心小馬的服務也很周到。推薦入住。
