It is located just in front of colleague and many students seems staying or living there. Not recommend for family stay.

幫朋友訂的.朋友説住的很好，裝修新潮適合出差旅遊，有高鐵接送，服務很好，一進門就讓人感覺很舒服，大堂擺滿了各種各樣的花，房間也是 麻雀雖小五臟俱全，藍牙音箱電動窗簾，一次性面巾拖鞋非常好，算是我住過的酒店中最好的啦，位置就在馬路邊 打車很方便，到處都是吃的.巴適得很

衹需要一個電話就可以接送高鐵站很方便，酒店設施蠻新的裝修的很好，高端大氣上檔次，在這附近算是比較好的了，藍牙音響電動窗簾歪歪DS，位置就在理工大對面靠近馬路邊打車很方便，樓下全部都是吃的營業到凌晨，入住酒店服務也很好 很熱情，24小時營業，兩百塊錢的價格還是很滿意👍

整體環境和價格不符。室內擁擠，門外地毯較臟而且有一些殺蟲劑的味道。
室外電梯為整棟樓公用，不相關人員太多，且電梯擁擠、樓層較高。
整體趕不上漢庭等同等價位酒店，就是機場附近的快捷酒店。這個檔次適合價位不超過200元。

總體性價比非常高，非常乾淨，價格也實惠，周邊就是商場，前台姓王的小姐姐服務態度超級好，房間有地毯，還有藍牙音響，窗簾也是電動的，還有車接送高鐵站。下次還來！

酒店設施設備齊全，服務態度很好，房間裏面還準備零食和牛奶很貼心，另外一方面就是提供昆明南站接送出門方便很多，首先的一家酒店，前台小姐姐服務很周到，點贊👍

酒店在大學城附近，交通便利位置優越，提供高鐵南站接送，房間裝修的也特別好科技感滿滿，時尚大氣，前台服務熱情熱心提供各種幫助，做住得非常好，下一次還會再來

應該叫青年旅舍更貼切。昆明南站7個小時轉車時間，當時就是找個地方待着，圖便宜199。接站就是共享班車（多個酒店一趟接，沿路放客的那種）。體驗感就不要置評了！客房也是一棟公寓樓，每一個酒店三二層的那種，這也是全國火車站周邊的一種特色業態。
