Great place to stay in Kunming, fantastic view, very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The entrance is not so easy to find, you need to go to the reception on the 19th floor first. But people were very friendly and helpful. Metro station is 2 mins walk, easy to reach the railway station and all points of interest in Kunming.

Old type of water heater difficult for oversea traveller to use it.

The hotel is old, the beds are new. The bedding was clean and there was a washing machine. The view was great.

Really cool hotel. I really liked the decor, which had a retro feel. The staff were super nice and accommodating and even kept and then sent me a bag that I had left behind in my room.
It’s also super useful to have the refrigerator and the washing machine in the room.

ึตึกหายากมาก เพราะอยู่ชั้น 19 ของตึกสำนักงาน ซึ่งคาดเดายาก ถามตำรวจที่สถานีรถไฟใต้ดินก็ยังไม่รู้จัก เดินหลงอยู่สักพัก ดีที่ไปถามร้านขายเสื้อผ้าอยู่ร้านนึง เขาก็ชี้ๆ ไปที่ตึก ก็เลยเดินไปตรงข้างๆ ตึก ถาม รปภ. ที่โบกรถอยู่ ก็ชี้ๆ ทางเข้าให้ดู ตอนเดินเข้าตึกยังงงๆ ว่าใช่ไหม
ตัวห้องกว้างแต่เก่า ไม่มีแอร์แต่จะเป็นพัดลมเพดานแทน เพราะอากาศเย็น สามารถเปิดหน้าต่างรับลมได้เลย ดึกๆ ก็หนาวอยู่
ห้องน้ำ เหม็นท่อมาก น้ำไม่แรงเท่าไร ทีแรกมีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ผืนเดียว (เข้าพัก 2 คน) ไม่มีกระดาษทิชชู่ ไม่มีน้ำเปล่าให้ แต่แจ้งขอไปก็ได้มาเพิ่ม
ตู้เย็น เหม็นมาก
ที่พักนี้อยู่ไม่ไกลจากทางเข้ารถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน แต่จะต้องเดินข้ามถนนด้วย แต่จะอยู่ไกลจากลานไก่ทอง
ที่พักนี้อยู่ติดกับห้าง GingKo (ถ้าหันหน้าเข้าห้าง ตึกที่พักจะอยู่ขวามือ)

酒店位置比較好，距離塘子巷地鐵站二百多米，出行方便。酒店有電梯，上下方便，攜帶大件行李也方便，有長者小孩出行也方便。房間衞生尚可。床上用品乾淨。衞生間比較小，地面會有積水，行走要小心。熱水充足，衞浴設施還可以。毛巾浴巾舊了一點。房內有洗衣機，但沒有去使用。房間衞生間無異味。

房間挺好的，就是周圍這個廣場如果到週末的話會很吵。設施完善，就是之前入住的打掃可能不太乾淨。整體房間不錯。還有桌子。化粧鏡，這家酒店真是太棒了！從一進門就能感受到它的豪華和舒適。客房佈置得非常精緻，每個細節都無可挑剔。床鋪非常柔軟，讓人一覺睡到天亮。工作人員的服務也是一流，熱情周到，讓人感到賓至如歸。這家酒店是一次令人難忘的體驗，下次我還會再來！
