Good location, very near to Chungrong metro station line 1. Lift access is difficult and so as the luggage. Many restaurants are nearby rooms are well equipped

We booked a 60 sq meter room that was very spacious but my Goodness, such a lack of cleaning 🤮 We wouldn't recommend this hotel but the staff at the reception, were just great especially a young girl wearing prescription glasses, she was terrific with us and helped us out greatly for like an hour without complaining but just genuinely trying to solve our problem!!
We want to thank her a lot but don't know her name. Xièxiè 🙏🤗

非常好的一次住宿體驗，酒店離昆明南站很近，大約20分鐘，四五站地鐵就可以到。酒店位置不好找，前台位於實力新城9幢15層，坐電梯上來開門就到。
酒店房間衞生很乾凈，非常寬敞，比前台服務廳還大，裏面設施齊全，窗户很大可以俯瞰下面的花千坊商業街以及七彩雲南第一城這個大型商業體，不管是雲南特色菜還是其他地方的餐飲應有盡有。

酒店位置不錯，裏地鐵站近，樓下有吃飯的地方。
服務也很好，半夜抵達，前台熱情的接待了我們。還給我們升級了房間。
家庭套房很好，有客廳，兩間卧室和兩件浴室。很適合家庭出行。
房間也很乾凈，可以放心入住。完美的一次旅行。👍🏻👍🏻

不能怨此民宿不好，衹能説自己花了這麼低的錢，也衹能這樣。首先不是酒店，是民宿但也從來沒住過這麼讓人驚喜的民宿。其次是網上圖片與實際一點不相符，不知道這些好評是怎麼來的。如果想追求乾淨衞生的不建議你選擇，如果衹看價格，可。

環境：非常棒，房間非常非常大，很舒服，路過會議室和前台的鮮切花很香，有集中熱水和中央空調，小夜燈和消毒過的拖鞋好評，是來雲南玩住過最棒的酒店了，西雙版納那住的貴了兩倍還差得遠
地理位置：附近也有很多吃的，離地鐵口和南站都近
建議：增加馬桶套，衞生間門口很滑，好幾次差點摔倒

離春融街地鐵站步行2分鐘，所在商圈餐飲方便，但又鬧中取靜。樓下還有遠動場地。離火車南站也就3站路。房間開闊，視野、採光也通透，有一種俯瞰呈貢的大氣。

房間比較大，但感覺比較久，關鍵是比較冷，空調已經開很大了，再有就是不好找，整個大樓很多酒店，這個酒店樓下沒有招牌，需要從另一個酒店大堂進去上15層
