房間的窗子存在嚴重的問題，它無法正常關閉。這導致我無法控制室內的温度和噪音，無論是深夜的喧囂還是清晨的亮光，都直接穿透窗子，影響了我的休息。在寒冷的天氣裏，窗子的不密封還導致了房間內的温度急劇下降，讓我感到非常不舒適。二而且窗簾的破損情況更是令人無法接受。窗簾的邊角已經磨損，布料也顯得陳舊不堪，這樣的窗簾不僅無法起到遮擋光線的作用，還給人一種不衞生、不整潔的感覺。作為一個注重細節和品質的酒店，這樣的窗簾顯然不符合其應有的標準。
但是最主要的是前台工作人員的工作態度問題。在我入住和退房的過程中，我多次感受到他們的冷淡和消極。無論是詢問服務訊息還是解決問題，前台人員都顯得心不在焉，缺乏應有的熱情和耐心。他們的消極態度讓我感到非常不舒服，也嚴重影響了我的入住體驗。而且辦理入住的時間很慢很慢，消磨人的耐心，工作態度不積極，並且很不負責任。在我退房時，我發現房間內的設施出現了損壞，但前台人員並沒有對此進行任何詢問或確認。我覺得誰住到這種房間誰都不高興吧，希望能引起酒店人員的重視。

位置優越，交通便利，位置很好找。出行方便，有很大的地下收費停車場非常方便，大廳簡潔大氣，佈局合理，前台小哥也非常不錯，效率高，服務周到，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，出水快，網速快，辦公方便，房間整理，強力推薦。

設施齊全，採光好，全景窗可以看到對面理工大學，下午還可以看夕陽，床墊也很舒服，簡約設計很舒適

距離高鐵站很近，在大學城，很像公寓樓，一個走廊兩邊房間，空間比正常的小
那個接站服務，車子很破，感覺一個人都不敢坐
送站就還是自己打車了

我們行動不便到店後前台小姐姐就很熱情的來幫忙了，辦理完後還送我們到房間，告知下樓也可以用房間座機聯繫前台幫忙下樓，樓下有賣小吃和水果的小攤，價格實惠， 吃東西很方便！衞生間的水很大，全天都有熱水！ 體驗還是蠻好的
服務員都很熱情，客房服務員到房間處理問題都十分及時，衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，客房用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很乾凈，住着很安心

房間裏有茶几，茶具，茶葉，舒服的沙發，下午可以來個愉快的下午茶，
床也軟硬適中，很舒服，睡得很香
房間物品蠻齊全的，性價比很高，
樓下就是一條美食街，Wi-Fi都還可以，用起來也蠻流暢的，
衞生間：乾淨衞生整潔，還温馨的配備了一次性馬桶墊，就很貼心
而且這裏交通還蠻方便的，還位於高鐵南站旁邊出行也很方便

#位置繁華#近高鐵站，可以高鐵南站預約車輛免費接送，非常方便，特別要説一下的是樓下就有各種燒烤小吃，好吃不貴，因為靠近學校，很多學生在買宵夜，感覺彷彿回到了校園時期，好喜歡，而且周圍都是學生，無形中增加了心中的安全感。買了一個菜多多牛肉青椒炒飯，hin好吃，還有很多各種各樣的燒烤，下次跟老公一起過來還要住這裏，兩個人一起就可以多選點吃的。#設施新#雖然樓下但是上到樓上很驚喜，裝修的很新，房間裏面的佈置也很温馨。

首先我定的標間，其中一個床的枕頭直接一個紅油點在上面，明顯沒換。其次全屋一共三個電源接口，沒有一個是在床頭的，離我最近的一個有就離我的床還有一米遠且沒有電，是壞的不能用，一共三個插口，就一個有電，剩下的兩個全是壞掉的真的很離譜，如果你是90塊錢的，我什麼也不會説，但是190就是這個樣子，衹能説nt
