Convenient location. Room is clean and spacious. Front desk staff has English speaking staff so no worries for those speaking English. Can view Kumamoto Castle from our room.Breakfast choose either western or typical Japanese, nothing to wow about.
Room also has USB charging ports which is quite useful.

One of the best Hotels I've ever been in. Very polite and friendly staff, English was good and the services and rooms were incredible! They even booked a private onsen for me in japanese and could explain how to get there!Highly recommended

原本只預定了標準雙人房，但酒店把我們upgrade到了新裝修好的豪華雙人房。不得不讚賞新房間的設計用心與典雅。
這家酒店是日本皇室出巡熊本時指定入住的酒店。雖然從外觀上頗有歷史感，但實際上內裏部分房間已經完成了翻新，非常建議會去入住的旅客預訂他們的新裝修房間。
房間設計簡潔但貼心，單是浸浴浴缸與花灑洗澡的部分採用了最新的設計，而且空間感十足。
房間內的電熱水煲也是相當高級的咖啡手沖壺，時尚與實用兼備。
另外地點相當方便，與繁華的上下通商店區只是3分鐘路程，與熊本城亦只有5分鐘路程。與最新落成的SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto大型購物中心也只有10分鐘路程。
非常適合自駕遊的旅客，可以把車泊在酒店然後步行前往各個景點。
酒店服務員雖然英文能力有限，但仍盡力解答問題與提供協助。態度親切有禮，體現到日本人最有禮及待人以誠的一面。
非常推薦各位入住熊本城酒店！

因為我揸車去，所以唔清楚位置方唔方便
不過佢近上下通街街，食野行街都方便，又行熊本城
見到都好多日本啲皇親國戚住過
佢頂層可個位可以影到熊本城，係有少少遠，不過因為我地住間酒店已經好夜，又要一早走，所以只好係酒店影

這家服務很好，前台有個會説上海話的日本中年男子，相當靠譜哎！用上海話解答了我們的所有問題，還細心給出了建議！給他點個大大的贊！到達時還沒到入住時間，前台安排了寄存。晚上去房間時已經把行李給我們放好了。雖然設施有點舊，但有衞洗麗，房間也挺大的，衞生也OK！離部長辦公室步行可達，離機場線站台也很近！這次熊本很開心！

ロビーや廊下などは非常に綺麗で、場所も熊本城近く、バス停もありアクセスが良く過ごしやすかったです。
一方で安い部屋だからでしょうか、ユニットバスであることや設備や備品の古さをスタッフのマンパワーで何とかしている印象がありました。
