非常令人失望的一次體驗。酒店的優點有：整體很乾凈，地理位置方便去熊本城很近，早餐還可以。 然後就是一眾缺點： 1: 在有空房的情況下 不允許提早入住 提早一小時就要加收1100日元，這在其他住過的酒店裡從未發生過； 2: 幾乎所有的事情都是自助，checkin checkout都是機器 沒有服務，房間沒有水 需要自助去接水或買水，房間沒有服務電話，壓根就沒有服務人員； 3: 我們訂的雙床房 奇小無比，連行李箱都無法翻開，極度壓抑的空間，無法忍受再住第二次；4: 酒店臨馬路，晚上睡覺非常吵，車的聲音很明顯，玻璃沒有隔音幾乎； 5: 房間的窗簾不合適無法檔光，早上是被太陽曬醒的，非常難受。 綜上，這是我花了150usd得到的一切，若這是50usd我會欣然接受，但這價格簡直就是冤大頭。 A very disappointing experience. 星野集團其下的酒店總是有保證，此間也不例外，地點方便，隔離就有步行街及商埸，食店也很多，酒店及房間都很清潔，只是細了一點。

飯店新穎簡約，交通方便

各方面都不錯的一家，星野旗下年輕品牌，早餐也還行，露台挺有氛圍的。

設計時尚，有年青的感覺，早餐亦很出色。房間內行走空間偏窄。沒有樽裝水、拖鞋等提供。梳洗位置較暗雖然上方已有一光館但未能清楚看鏡（化妝有困難）直身大鏡亦同樣較暗。廁所沒有可放電話的地方，浴室地板不是易乾物料整晚都未能變乾。停車場亦較遠並不是左右隔離。

地段可以，房間太小……全部自助式服務，沒有電話服務，連多要條浴巾也沒有

好新穎，房間不大但空間好好用，旺區，行街好方便

交通方便，附近很好逛

Very good location! The hotel is located close to the tram and bus station which makes travel very easy. There is also many shopping option nearby. Although the room is small, it is tidy and clean. But the pillow and mattress are too soft.
