Location is great with lots of eateries and shops . Very near to town and shopping area. Though it is outdoor parking, there is security guards on duty. Place is clean. Value for money.

Clean , convenient near cheap food store that open until late ,some cafes ,shop around ,highly recommend to stay here but far from JB sentral .good to explore if never go before .

So far okay with that price, since my room is just RM 130 ±. Just due to the room being near the main road, the sound is kinda loud when vehicles are passing by. The windows have zero soundproof systems, can hear the sound clearly.

Very convenient location and near to many yummy eateries like Soon Kee bitter gourd soup, KeJia soon kueh, etc. Aeon mall is located just 5 to 10 mins away by walking.

I remark I don’t want smoking room but ended up they give smoking room eventually manage to change the room. So overall still ok for budget hotel.

Cozy room and good amenities. The bed was nice and we arrived late so didn’t get much sleep but overall the experience was really nice

The room was freshly decorated in a modern style. It was clean, on arrival. Great location and staff were friendly.

During our stay, the elevator is under maintenance and we have to carry our luggage to the upper floor. Troublesome.
No sound proof between the room as we hear clearly the next room conversation. NO PRIVACY.
Two bad experiences with the hotel.
Room very clean. Spacious.
Location also good.
