This is a small private island, quiet environment have a long/big beautiful beach, good for walk around and relaxing. room design is comfortable and the staffs are friendly always smiling and greeting every moment. Jetty is a spot to observe the various fish swimming around, in a sunny day can see the fish swimming in the crystal clean water just in front of the beach!…but the wave is not calm always should got swimming skills then you can enjoy the snorkelling in this island.

我們提前在三個多月前就定了二間1米8寬的大床房，並在預訂時要求二間房安排的靠近些。我想作為一個度假村，我們一家三口定二間大床房應該很好滿足。但我們拿到的房間卻是一間大床，一間雙床（二張床很窄睡覺沒有大床房舒服），而且這也與我們預訂時的情況不相符，我們當場就和酒店希望換二間大床，但工作人員説可以，但二間將相隔的非常遠，這變相逼着我們為他的安排妥協，因為他知道我們一家三口肯定希望住在相近的房間便於一起玩耍。我認為這件事上酒店的做法是不對的，根本沒服務意識。後來我看到該酒店在攜程的住客評論中有之前遊客評論加250元美元可以升級泳池房，我覺的這個預算我能接受，就讓攜程找代理聯繫升級房間，但被告知要收600美元才能升級，這個相當於4300多人民幣，比直接預訂酒店的泳池房還貴了不少，我就不認可沒升級。住到第5天時，我在前台碰到其他客人告我説付250美元可以升級，但不提供一次免費的漂浮早餐（這個漂浮早餐我也不需要），我將此事問了前台後，被告知是這個情況時，十分不爽，我認為我第一天入住拿房卡提出想付費升級時，酒店完全可以把情況説明，這樣我會選擇升級一間為泳池房，這會讓我們一家三口此次度假帶來更好的體驗。這件事再次證明酒店根本無服務意識！期間我在酒店用餐時，麪包吃到一半，發現麪包裏有蟲子，十分噁心，聯繫了攜程幫我向酒店投訴，表達我對此事的不滿，攜程告我酒店工作人員會來找我協商如何解決，但直到第五天仍沒有人來找我。我當天找了前台，告訴了他們這件事，並且説明第二天我將離島，希望他們儘快給我如何處理的意見，但前台接待表示這個確實十分噁心，他會請示酒店經理給我補償，我也就提出我希望酒店提供個19.1美元的借一小時小船的活動給免費給我們作這事的補償（借無機動小船在中央格蘭德等酒店完全是不收費的），而且我認為這種無成本的服務，酒店為了提高客人的愉悦體驗，這種不過份的要求應該會滿足，但最終結果是出來一位經理直接態度惡劣，在交流時還和我女兒爭執了起來，這個服務是我九次入住馬代從未遇見過這麼兇的經理，根本沒有服務意識！總之，這次的入住，我以為是十分令人不愉快的經歷，我不會向任何人推薦這家酒店！

We hebben 12 dagen heerlijk genoten bij Malahini. Mooi wit strand en blauwe zee waarin je heerlijk kunt snorkelen en duiken. Super genoten van de All In maaltijden verzorgd door Vanesa en haar team. Ahmed zorgde er iedere dag voor dat onze 'beach pool bungalow' 100% schoon en in orde was!

Heeeeerlijk resort! Heerlijk elke dag strand. Ik zou All inclusive nemen je krijgt er kwaliteit voor. Sommige watersporten inbegrepen en heerlijk eten. Elke avond een ander buffet voor ieder wat wils. Ook divers ontbijt/lunch. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en wil ervoor zorgen dat je het goed naar je zin hebt. Wij sliepen in de luxe kamer met uitzicht op zee. Hele schone mooie kamer aan het strand. Elke dag word je kamer schoongemaakt. Zeker een aanrader voor de Malediven als je niet de hoofdprijs wil betalen. Groetjes kamer 301

My time at Malahini Kuda Bandos Resort was incredible! The place is like a dream—gorgeous beaches, clear water, and total relaxation. But the real star was Chef Amdadul's food—it was out of this world! Every meal was a feast for the taste buds. The staff were super friendly too, making me feel totally spoiled. The room we stayed in was simply magnificent. All the staff without exception, the General Manager Easa Mohamed, Vanessa at the restaurant reception and the staff Anil, salika, Supun, Eni, Maaga, Ajay, Ibrahim, Jeena and many others and all the staff at the reception of the hotel, Nabaa, everyone was so attentive!!!
