Very convenient location.Near the very nice cheese cake at Lot 10.
The only bad is ask for early check in but got charge. Because of the room didn’t put the face towel And ask for face towel didn’t give.

Room is dusty especially table and lamp. The toilet has stain everywhere, which can be seen at the sink, toilet bowl, and hand shower. Bedsheet has stain as well. The mattress is saggy and not comfortable to sleep on. The light is too dim. The room has bad soundproof, which I can hear all the noises from outside and next door, couldn’t get real sleep whole night.
The hotel does not provide free parking, parking per entry is RM8. The car park entrance is really narrow, really need good driving skills, not recommend driving big size car. The light at the car park also quite dim, advise girls to be careful when walking alone inside the building. There is monorail station right in front of the hotel, use the monorail instead.
The front desk staff does not introduce the facilities of the hotel or greet guests, hospitality is not as good as other same star hotel.
The location is strategic, walking distance to Lot 10, Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square, Low Yat.

This hotel I always stay. Location is at bukit bintang & great to stay. Price is reasonable below rm 299 and 4 star hotel . Place is clean surrounding a lot food & in front is mrt . I will coming back if the price below rm 299

Nice comfortable bed, room is spacious, very value for money.
monorail juat stone throw away - great access from KL Sentral station.
Walking distance to Alor street..
Coach/bus station just accross the street...
Will return to stay on my next KL trip

Cleanliness and location are good. Breakfast is normal and service from egg station lady staff was bad.

Mr Eugene successfully accommodated my needs and requirements. Although there was a miscalculation on my room deposit, everything else was smooth. Great location, clean hotel and amenities are all in working condition. Would recommend other travelers to stay as well

Great location with mono rail and berjaya times square within a stone throw away. Lalaport and bukit bintang is withing walking distance too.
Very friendly and polite staffs
Could improve on bathroom grouting and replace loose fitting.
Request for rooms away from loft lobby for quieter room.
I stay at the level room which is nice.

Service was good
Cleanliness isn’t satisfied, there were cookie crumbs in the sofas slits and chocolate wrappers
Pool is too small to accommodate more guests
