The hotel was remarkable.
Their service and the staff were top notch.
Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have experienced, access to the lounge and high teas were a lovely touch.
Amenities were clean and had a nice a**osphere.
The location of the hotel is ideal. Right next to most of the main malls/plazas, nightlife streets and public transport stops (MRT and train).
Check in and check out was quick and easy, had to check in early and there weren’t any issues.
Will definitely be booking Park Royal Collection again.

My recent overnight stay at Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur left me thoroughly impressed. Nestled conveniently behind Lot 10 and adjacent to Pavilion mall, the hotel's location is a dream for avid shoppers and city explorers alike.
Opting for a Collection Club room was a decision I certainly didn't regret. Access to the exclusive club lounge meant enjoying complimentary beverages throughout the day, with the added perk of a delightful canapé session from 5-7pm, where the drinks flowed freely, adding a touch of indulgence to the evening.
Stepping into the room, I was greeted with a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The inclusion of a luxurious tub and a cozy couch provided the perfect retreat after a day of urban adventures. What truly set this stay apart was the thoughtful decoration of the room by the hotel, a gesture that added a personal touch to the experience and made me feel truly valued as a guest.
In summary, Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur surpassed my expectations in every aspect. From its unbeatable location to its exceptional service and thoughtful amenities, it's a hotel that sets the standard for luxury and hospitality in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. I look forward to returning for another memorable stay.

My 2nd stay this year..serve by a very derail n polite guy. Manage to get a free upgrade this round and early check in.. Always my first choice hotel as surrondered by many eatery n shopping mall.will come back soon.

I would highly recommend the Park Royal Collection Hotel for someone looking at spending a relaxing time in the bustling area of Bukit Bintang. The amenities of the hotel are great and the breakfast buffet is excellent. It's close to the Bukit Bintang monorail station too.
The swimming pool is large enough to swim without worrying about hitting other guests and the poolside lounge/bar is nice. 24-h gym is also something I would love to use next time. I was only able to swim for this trip, but it was every enjoyable.
Our room was on the 6th floor and the sound insulation was great. No problems with WiFi but sometimes the movie channels would lag a little bit. Oh well.

First time stayed at this hotel & pleasantly surprise that they took an effort to decorate the room as this was my birthday trip. The breakfast spread was superb & delicious..Most importantly to me is the staff. They are friendly, attentive & always smiling which made our 5 days stay very well taken care of..
The only negative thing we would like to highlight is probably the unpleasant smell in the toilet. This could be a bad sewage/water drainage..we just lazy to request for change of room..
Other than that nothing else, probably the shuttle service to TRX could be extended to return trip instead of just one way?
Kudos to the staff!

They provide filtered water instead of mineral bottle water, the power point comes with USB charging ports, save from additional chargers to use.
The bed is extra big and wide with two sets of soft and hard types and an extra large pillow total five.
The only disappoin**ent is that there is no sitting area for make-up and the lighting is not located at the strategic points near mirrors.

Brought our mum for a birthday trip to KL. We emailed the hotel directly and booked two connecting rooms according to the room types they advised (though there was some confusion). Manager (male and name starts with A, sorry I cannot remember his name😅) was prompt in handling the confusion. Overall a pleasant stay. Good location, clean spacious and convenient. Will return.

Checked in at 10pm and there was so much hair on the floor and on the pillow. Not only that, body soap and shampoo was not refilled. Terrible cleanliness for a hotel of this stature.

Renovated after covid and value for money. Excellent location with short walk to Pavilion and one stop train to Excgabge TRX.
