Wyndham Suites KLCC

Het is een onzinhotel. Er is een vuilnisstation voor de deur. De lobby is slechts tien tot twintig vierkante meter groot. Er is geen service. Ze hebben ook een borg van 300 yuan in rekening gebracht en deze na het uitchecken niet teruggegeven. Maleisië, de aanbetaling wordt pas na 7-14 dagen terugbetaald! We verbleven in het Intercontinental Hotel en checkten de volgende dag uit! Wat heeft het voor zin om de borg van de passagier zo lang vast te houden? Weinig geld om uit te geven?

Het is helemaal geen slecht hotel. Het is het geld niet waard. Het is gewoon een armoedig appartement. Je kunt de Twin Towers niet zien. Er zijn heel weinig ontbijtproducten. De omgeving is gemiddeld. Gemiddeld. Belangrijk‼ ️Ik moet dit drie keer zeggen. Het is het meest waardeloze hotel waar ik ooit in heb verbleven. Ik zal het nooit meer doen. 😠 Jammer dat ik geen foto's heb gemaakt.

Very good swimming pool with jacuzzi. Apartment unit size is good with 2 rooms. Recommended for family :)

Location: It's situated near to KLCC hence you can see the Twin Towers from the window (depending on which stack of building you are). Only the first stack of the building can see one of the twin tower. While the hotel/service apartment is situated near to KLCC and also looks very close on the map, it's not very convenient to walk from/to KLCC as there are private properties situated next to each other and there's no short cut to access hence you need to take the loop as the cars to get to the hotel. I should also mention that there's buggy service (weather dependent) to take you to the downhill and shuttle service (only twice a day, 11am and 4pm) to take you to various locations in KL (ie Chinatown, Pavilion). Room: I booked the 2 bedroom apartment (+2 bathrooms) and I was disappointed to see the size of the second bedroom. The second bedroom was so tiny that the moment you open the door, you have ready reached the end of the bedroom. In addition, there's no window as well. Otherwise, the master bedroom was perfect (in fact huge) and a nice view to see the twin tower out of the window. I must mention that there seems to be sewage problems in the hotel as there's a stench that comes out of the bathroom when not in use. It could be the ventilation or sewage issue. The stench (especially coming out from the common bathroom) was so unbearable that there cannot be anyone sleeping in the second bedroom, it's a complete misery to be sleeping in a bedroom that stinks so badly. I complaint to the front desk and they got the maintenance guys to do some treatment (spraying perfume to cover the stench). While the apartment looks nice and comfortable, the stench is something that is so unbearable and gross that I won't go back again.

Wonderful vacation with children, kitchen is good, beds are comfortable, nice scenery. But toilet stinks big time, tv programs are boring and crossing the road downhill to KLCC is dangerous..

Definitely value for money. Do note that the extra single room is small without windows.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very clean n comfy, love the view, nice swimming pool. Breakfast is simple and the staff in the restaurant were helpful
