Goed hotel, grote kamer, beetje gedateerd maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed ontbijt, voldoende westerse keuzes. Mooi groot zwembad. Veel highlights op loopafstand, of anders voordelig met Grab.

Misschien kan het verbeteren om een make-upspiegel in de badkamer te plaatsen. Niet alleen in de badkamer. Nog wat, HP-lijn is niet zo goed.
Ik kies ervoor om kameruitzicht te krijgen in de kl-toren. Maar ik heb een ander uitzicht op het gebouw. Andere dingen zijn oké.

A very big room , very nice and clean close to KL tower , easy to walk to Twin Tower and nice staff at check in time.

I have booked this hotel for one of our staff who have a meeting new to the hotel. He was so satisfied with this hotel. The room is large, clean and confortable. Also got a convenience store (7-11) at the building. He likes this hotel so much

A well maintained old 5 star hotel, it would be good if it can undergoes some refurbishment.

The breakfast in the hotel isn’t as great as it’s supposed to be at a 5 star hotel, and the selection of breakfast is also limited. However, the staff are very friendly, and always willing to help out as much as possible.
The shower pressure was also good. It’s about 15 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang, so location wise, it was perfect. Overall, it’s a good experience staying at this hotel. The fact that there’s a 7 Eleven at the hotel premises just makes the stay wonderful.
