Great location near eateries, transportation hub & shopping outlets. The hotel was clean & well maintained. Services by the staffs can be improved. Value for money.

Staff hotel friendly,considerate and helpful. There is 1 day,I put my room as DO NOT DISTURB, they still provided me the water bottles and left in front of my door. The bed quite comfy for me amd the room quite spacious. Water heater also working well. Just the aircond quite slow and the iron,we need to ask at them main HR if we needed. Overall,im satisfied.

Location is perfect. Room is very clean and nice. Staffs are not very friendly and one of them is a bit rude. If they can improve customer service, it will be better

Every time we go to kl, we choose this hotel for our stay. I had so many time stay here. The hotel was wonderful, clean, and at a reasonable price. The staff always asking for room cleaning. It is also close to Kl sentral mall, just steps away. It is also located on a safe and quiet side street. The staff are wonderful and cooperative. Overall i'm satisfied stay here and sure will repeat again next time.

Nice place. Ideal for family or couple, as i’m a solo traveler, the room is big for me,.. What I love the most about it is the water in the bath tub it’s really hot, so you can control the temperature as how hot you want it to be. Petronas Twin tower is just like 5-10minutes away by foot.

order 26 sq meter, but provide around 12 sq meter, tv provide but no clear channel, really very room, lucky I stay alone, otherwise no space to walk, counter can't see staff, my mobile data can't receive signal in the room, location really good, you can take train to almost all corner in KL

A night stay at the hotel as we will travel to catch train at KL Sentral the next day. Had a good night sleep. Surely will repeat again in future!

Good price and beat location. Just walking distance to Monorail , LRT, MRT. Also walking distance to NU Sentral which a shopping malls.
