Hotel room was seriously small and not the same with picture. I demanded for a refund but hotel service is very slow and not responding to Trip.com. I recommend do not stay here. Dissapointing

No sound proof as the baby cries can be heard thru the wall
The toilet bathroom is terrible as the water stains totally not clean and the metal parts of the door is rust etc
Fortunately no cigarette smells in room and the floor is not sticky
Room is different as the pic shown
The corridor is soo dark until I’m a solo female traveller quite scared about it
The car park is only 3-4 cars max
Need to car at the roadside

There isn’t any negative thing I can say about this hotel. The room is big and convenient for families. We booked 2 rooms as we are a big family traveling. Upon check in, the hotel staff were really nice. They did not only gave us the best list but also explained everything from tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. If I will go back, will definitely stay here. If you are a first time traveler, you’re in good hands.

Great location and only few minutes walk from LRT Dang Wangi. Staff are also helpful. Not quite soundproof but it is fine with us. However cleanliness can be improved.

This is my third time stay here and its always amazing stay. Near train station(lrt dang wangi), made it a perfect gateway to explore Kuala Lumpur. And you can see KL tower from the window.. its beautiful
