Very good stay at EQ hotel KL.staffs are very welcoming ，polite and fast check in.Room is beautiful,big and clean.feel very comfortable and compliments all drinks like coke,orange juice and mineral water.Parking is free too. love the buffet breakfast,delicious and lots of varieties.will stay again

Great hotel, nothing to fault. Only recommendtion would be adding some family rooms with the twin tower view. Otherwise, great service, friendly stuff, nice selection of restaurants, fantastic pool and gym facilities. The room very spotless and spacious, very modern and well maintained. Hotel was also very generous with facilities as everything in the mini bar is free and refill request was happily fullfilled by the hotel. Definately one of the best 5-star hotels in KL, walking distance to the Twin Tower, Pavillion Shopping Mall and Jalan Alor night market. Definately recommended as it is also very affordable.

Booked through trip and thought the toilet has a view but it does not. Unable to check in at 3pm howver provided complimentary drink and allow late check out the next day.

This is our first stay at a hotel in the CBD area. The EQ hotel looks very posh and clean and is located near KLCC (walkable distance). The room is very clean and spacious with a complimentary mini bar. The service staffs are very friendly and polite and the hotel also provided us with a slice of cake to celebrate one of the family member’s birthday which makes our stay a memorable one.

We came to EQ Kuala Lumpa for our honeymoon.
The room looked great and was very big, we had an amazing view and you could even see the Petronas towers peeking out from the bed.
Unfortunately we were let down because on the first night of arrival, after a lengthy flight, we got into bed and found blood stains on the duvet and bed cover. We were highly disappointed to see this at such a prestigious hotel. They did come and fix this the same night, and the following day they provided a plate of fruit as an apology but still disappointed given it was our honeymoon. I think we are the exception rather than the rule in terms of coming across this issue.
In terms of location, I felt like it was TOO central, right along a major high street, however you are close to EVERYTHING. The hotel itself is used a lot by corporate businesses so expect a lot of business events during your stay (we stayed in December so probably the busiest then)

Excellent Accommodation Experience!
I recently spent a very enjoyable time at this hotel, and I must say it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The luxury, service, and convenience impressed me greatly. I strongly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers!
