Hotel Raja Bot

Сколько лет путешествую, пожалуй это худшее место где я был. В номере тараканы, грязь и комары. За окном какой то рынок или склады. Ночью постоянно шумит погрузчик, спать невозможно. Персонал абсолютно равнодушный. За 6 дней не убрались в номере ниразу!!! Два раза подходил к сотрудникам, делал замечание, обещают, что номер уберут завтра но на деле так никто и не пришёл. В итоге заболел в их номере чем то, теперь лечусь. Я понимаю что стоимость отеля не высока, но за такие деньги есть реально варианты лучше. Даже хостел. --- How many years have I been traveling, perhaps this is the worst place where I have been. There are cockroaches, dirt and mosquitoes in the room. Outside the window is some kind of market or warehouses. At night, the loader constantly makes noise, it is impossible to sleep. The staff is completely indifferent. For 6 days they did not clean the room nirazu !!! Twice I approached the staff, made a remark, they promised that the room would be cleaned tomorrow, but in reality no one came. As a result, I fell ill in their room with something, now I am being treated. Hostel is better than its scam.

Hotel location is quite near of the tower🇲🇾. rooms are pretty good, but there was no water bottle and other supplementary .

The room are nice ..but the staff not really friendly

Very unfriendly and pathetic behavior of the guy at the reception! My flight was early morning so i called 1 day before my reservation, the receptionist said i need to pay extra 15 RM for early check in . I said okay fine. I arrived around 7:30 and there was another guy at reception’ He didn’t even answer to My Greetings “ Good Morning Sir” anyways he behaved very unfriendly and denied to let me check in. I said alright i will wait here in the hall waiting area. I asked for WIFI password he said “ Sorry I can't give you WiFi password because you have not checked in yet. I will give you password after your check in time starts. Later i checked in and the plug in slots were little wider , i couldn't plug in my charger. I asked for extension lead or connector, they asked me to go and buy myself. Worst experience ever , anyways thanks to trip.com , i called and they solved this issue. They pushed the hotel to provide me the connector or cancel my booking.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy. Highly recommended.

This location is near by the lrt station .It is very benefits to us because can go every place that we want to go. Outside of hotel have many place to eat because that have like pasar malam ,all of the local food.

We arrived at late night (10/4/2024). We found a cockroach on our bed and then we explained to the front staff and asked for a new room but the staff showed no responsiblity AT ALL, claiming that the hotel was fully booked and he cannot do anything. The bedsheet, the towel, the pillow and the blanket ALL smells so bad like it didn't wash for a long time as we can smell sweat from previous traveller... Trust me, we tried to take a photo of the cockroach on our bed, but as we tried to chase it off, it went down and hid under the bed. WORST experience ever!

booked for 4 days 3 night. sangat selesa berpatutan dengan harga. aircond sejuk. bilik tak berbau. mudah untuk cari makan banyak pilihan kedai makan dan dekat dengan kedai runcit, pasaraya. boleh jalan kaki je kalau nak beli makanan atau nak ke kedai kedai terdekat. cuma parking limited. saya stay sini sebab ada urusan di IJN jarak dari hotel ke IJN agak dekat. overall puas hati. kalau ke KL lagi mungkin akan booking hotel ini lagi.

Some scam for foreigner so mind it I already paid online my hotel but wen I reached they charge me 10$per day so I booking room 4 nights so I pay 40$ extra cz he say u r foreigner not local I say u didn't write any ur apps *********** then he silent but I pay cz no choice he cnt cancel nd refund my money room tv also not working I complain he say no other room so he charge me 4 nights 300 above no parking so better go to other hotel more clean nd not scam.....Be careful All foreigner to book this hotel..
