KHR Service Suites Agile Bukit Bintang

Location was quite good - you can catch a nice sunset and have grab food delivered. Note there is no official reception (upon arrival). Check-in instructions were not that clear and compound is huge. From my understanding, there are many companies in charge of the apartments there. I ended up walking around for a good 20mins while trying to internet call the service suites in-charge but no answer. They replied a while later and I ended up waiting for a while more before the staff arrived. Upon arrival, staff was unrecognisable and turns out he was standing just beside me, dressed very casually in shorts and slippers (which made it hard to recognise him as staff). At the accoms, he went INSIDE with his slippers on, closed the door and walked around (still without removing slippers) to switch on everything. I thought this very unprofessional because 1. I was alone, he should have kept the door open or stayed outside to let me confirm that everything was okay and 2. It is standard Asian practice to leave the shoes at the door before entering. Also, after he collected the cash deposit, he forgot to give me the access card. I had to remind him of this. Also, the room smelled a bit of smoke. Took me almost two days and much room spray to kill the smell. Layout of the place is quite nice but bedsheet had a bit of a black stain, and main sink was quite dirty (see photos). There was also a footprint mark on the wall. One of the good things is that they have a smart TV in the living room and bedroom, which made things convenient and easy to connect. There's also a washing machine but no hanging rack or balcony. In the bathroom, it'll be good if there could be more hanging hooks for clothes. The staff over Whatsapp made effort to respond to my request on having additional toilet roll and tissue and delivered it the next day. Things were somewhat okay and I tolerated all the other things UNTIL the 2nd day when I was in the living room eating my dinner and someone from the outside UNLOCKED my main door with another access card. I saw with my own eyes that the lock on the door had turned to "open" and I heard the door unlock when I had definitely locked the door. NOTE that the digital lock is the ONLY lock on the door and there is no secondary lock/chain on the door. And because I was staying on my own, I did not feel safe at all to know that the door could be easily unlocked in that way (whether it's by accident or on purpose - safety should be guaranteed). I immediately informed the staff via Whatsapp about this incident, asked them to investigate, and requested for check out on the spot and refund for the remaining nights that I will not be staying. Meantime, they confirmed that it was a mistake by another guest nearby. I had also contacted and informed Trip.com about the incident and my decision to change the accommodation immediately, and requested for their assistance to liaise further communication with the service suite staff because I was under a lot of distress by this safety issue and needed to find another accommodation as soon as possible before it became very late into the night. The service suite staff on the chat was apologetic about the incident and tried to be respectful about how I felt but I had a very poor experience with the service suite in-charge I was chatting with via Trip.com (perhaps the management of the accommodation) because they were not apologetic and simply insisted that there was no way the door could have unlocked despite my explanation that that was my experience. It is very unfortunate that the service suite management staff were not willing to refund or render more help by suggesting a change to accommodation that would perhaps have a secondary lock etc. Nonetheless, I'm very thankful for the quick and sincere assistance rendered by Trip.com as they had called me to check in on me and my next steps since I had a few more days into my trip. Appreciate the team at Trip.com!

Good facilities and service provided. Nice view from our room. Pool is kids friendly. Room is very clean, no smelly toilet etc. One lift under maintainance during our stay. Walking distance to TRX. Overall, good service.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the surroundings are convenient, and the landlord is also very good and enthusiastic. i will check in again next time.

It’s my second time staying here, and I came back because of the excellent experience I had during my first stay. Once again, the place was super clean, and all the amenities were exactly as listed. Check-in was smooth and easy. Special thanks to Ibrahim for being friendly and very responsive throughout the stay. Parking is also available for the unit just ask for it.

I had a pleasant stay here. The staff personally accompanied me to the room and showed me the way to unlocked the main entrance door with code and access card. Check-in and check-out times are flexible—just inform the owner in advance. The room is clean and new, and the amenities are complete, including soap, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, slippers, an iron, hairdryer, mirror both in room and bathroom, air conditioner, fan, TV but you need to log in your own Netflix account for entertainment, small fridge, kitchen facilities, an oven, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. They also provide two small bottles of mineral water. Plus, there’s a nice view of the twin towers from the window. Got unpleasant smell from the wardrobe but the owner explained that is for pest control.

I had a really good stay at this apartment. The room was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed: plates, slippers, a microwave, a kettle for heating water, a hairdryer, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The facilities were also good. There’s a pool and a simple gym. However, the pool was under maintenance for 1 out of the 2 days I stayed, so just keep in mind that it might sometimes be unavailable. The only downside was that at night there was a bad smell coming from the toilet in the bathroom. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this place.
