The location is ok! Just few minutes walk to China Town. Quiet hotel. Wifi poor connection. Technical team please look at it. Overall was just okay.

Regreted booking this hotel because there no parking space provided as mention on advert over Trip.com and make it worst parking rate behind the hotel alley is too expensive 🤬🤬🤬 unreasonable!!! I spend rm50.00 😡😡😡 just for parking during my 2 night stay ***!!!
Room not soundproof and too noisy over the midnight i can clearly hearing other room conversation which is isane you know😤 and the housekeeping passby nonstop with they cleaning tools so on. Guess this will be mu 1st and last booking for this hotel99 pudu branch sorry to said!!!

The room a lot Mosquito even aircond is on..
Check in procedure too slow even the guest arrival before 2pm and the room get ready at 230pm...
Not meet expectation.
The ladies at reception unprofesional at all

Affordable Price paid for Family Room for 4 nights. It's worth it and the hotel is nearby to alot of popular places. I enjoyed my stay here
