⭐️ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience The room (B-32-13) had a very strong and unpleasant smell, especially a strong dog-like smell which made the room extremely uncomfortable to stay in. There is a notice behind the door stating that dogs are not allowed in the room, so we do not understand why there was such a strong dog smell. It made us wonder whether a previous guest had brought a dog into the room. We contacted the management and requested to change to another room, but unfortunately, there was no option for us to change rooms. They only sent a cleaner to the room, but the issue was not properly resolved and the unpleasant smell was still there. It honestly felt like the previous guest had left the room in a very dirty and unacceptable condition. The room should have been thoroughly cleaned and checked before being given to the next guest. Very disappointing experience. I definitely will not come back again and would not recommend this place.

I called so many times for check in but no pickup and have to wait up to 30mins. Suddenly their guards call and they answer right away. They only give details for check in but did not send me right away along the details. Then, they have no visitors parking and no instruction on how to go to the basement parking which actually you have to tell the guards in person. Took me long process just to check in after a long drive thru the day. What a dissappointing management

Book only if you are prepared to deal with creatures crawling into the kitchen sink, across the floors, and inside the cabinets. The cleanliness of this place was extremely disappointing. The floor was extremely sticky, and I strongly suspect that the bedsheets had not been changed from the previous guest. I could not sleep the entire night because I developed rashes all over my body after using the bedsheet. The hand soap was also almost empty when I arrived. I was only able to get about one pump before it ran out, and it was never refilled. There was a water dispenser, but there was absolutely no water available to refill it. I honestly don't understand whether it was actually meant for guests to use or was simply there for decoration. This was an extremely unpleasant and horrifying experience. I have never experienced this level of poor cleanliness and basic preparation in an accommodation. I strongly recommend reconsidering your booking unless the property addresses these issues seriously.

Terrible experience , the worst accommodation experience I’ve had during my travels. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing, with several issues: 1. Broken blinds / lack of privacy The room blinds were broken and could not be fully closed, which meant there was very little privacy. 2. Stained blankets The blankets provided were visibly stained and did not feel clean or properly maintained. 3. Long lift waiting times and unpleasant common areas The building has more than 50 floors, but there are only three lifts serving the lobby. At times, I had to wait up to 15 minutes for a lift, and even then, the lifts were often already full. I stayed in Building C, and there was also a very strong rubbish bin smell along the way to the lobby, which made the experience even more unpleasant. 4. Extremely poor check-in experience I understand that part of this was my responsibility because I did not clarify the check-in procedure in advance. However, the listing stated that check-in was available from 3 PM to 10 PM, and unfortunately my flight was delayed and arrived after 10 PM. After arriving, I contacted the numbers provided and also contacted Trip.com customer service. From around 11:10 PM, I tried calling all three contact numbers provided, but nobody answered. At around 11:30 PM, I also contacted them through WhatsApp. The check-in instructions were only sent at 12:53 AM. By that time, I had already arranged and paid for another room because I was travelling with my elderly parents and could not reasonably leave them waiting on the road past midnight without knowing whether anyone would respond. I even asked the staff at the nearby mini-mart for assistance, and they told me that check-in was not possible after 10 PM. They offered me a room for the night, so I had no practical choice but to take it. What was especially frustrating was that the management finally contacted me shortly after I had already paid for the alternative room. I later discovered during check-out that there was actually a 24-hour counter in the lounge, something I was not informed about when I was trying desperately to get assistance that night. Overall, this was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, especially because I was travelling with elderly parents. The combination of poor communication, cleanliness issues, lack of privacy, long lift waiting times, and the check-in situation made this the worst accommodation experience I have ever had while travelling.

My family really enjoy stay here Bilik cantik kemas bersih, staff sgt membantu, serious sgt berpuas hati. Dpt countdown dkt rooftop tingkat 60 view klcc. Will repeat here next vacation 😍

Good Location. But as you can see, and also the projector is totally cannot use they send someone come up and look look we waited for 1hr after that the person(men) look look n told us “later later” but the time is already 12am and we only have 2 girls inside the house.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well maintained, making the whole stay pleasant and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, a disappointing stay at level 21. We found several defects, including a damaged stool, peeling wall, faulty ceiling light, and damaged drawers. We also had to contact management one day before check-in to get the check-in instructions. The lift was very slow, taking around 20 minutes from Level 21 to the lobby, as it seemed to go up to Level 50 before reaching our floor. The parking exit signage was also unclear, making it difficult to find the way out from Level 9. The unit needs better maintenance and management.

I love the apartment! The washing machine is really helpful. The double decker bed is super cute and big children will definitely find it fun. for the washing laundry, just don't forget to bring detergent! lastly, maybe u need to ask the housekeeper how to use the water dispenser in the apartment because there is no option for cold water. Just warm and hot.
