I recently stayed at Pavilion Ceylon Hill Suite for 6 days, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Here are some major issues I encountered:
1. **No Hot Water for Last 2 Nights:**
On the 5th and 6th night of my stay, there was no hot water available. Trying to bathe in cold water was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. This basic amenity should be a given in any accommodation.
2. **Hidden Cleaning Service Charges:**
The hotel failed to communicate upfront that daily cleaning service is not complimentary. They only informed me on the spot that I would be charged RM100 for each cleaning service. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
3. **Towel Change Hassle and Extra Charges:**
Shockingly, there is no daily towel change service, and guests are expected to pay RM20 for each towel change. Even after paying, there's a risk of not receiving the towels with the excuse that there's no one inside the room. Despite informing the lobby that they are allowed to enter without our presence, the service remains unreliable.
I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of Pavilion Ceylon Hill Suite. The issues extend beyond just the lack of amenities; it reflects poorly on the overall preparation of the facility and the management team. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable accommodation option.
