Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Toothbrush, toothpaste, and laundry bags are not provided. However, the facilities are nice :)

Good hotel, except the lock and key of my room didn’t work of two days and stuff did fix it until third day.. There were lot of restaurants and bars nearby which was good, noices didn’t hear to the hotel. :) In pic wiew from my room in 25. floor.

The room is sparkling clean and brand new. Just don't expect its a hotel, its a serviced condo. And I am very Impressed like a 5 star room. No slippers and toiletries bring your own. There's a washer dryer too The skypool view is amazing, 10 mins walk to Changkat jalan alor and further to pavilion like 20mins. Good for young travelers willing to walk Downside is the management office is hard to find. Ask the security guard for directions. Lots of rules to follow. Oh yeah prepare rm 300 deposit in cash not cc

Walking distance to Changkat bukit Bintang and major shopping malls. Very good security, lifts need to flash access card to the entire floor. My room has a great view can see KL tower clearly. Inside room is spacious and modern interior, living hall has a TV, bedroom also with TV

Upon check in, being asked for RM300 for security deposit. Never informed us the wifi password. Incompetent front desk as they were not sure where we can go for smoke, check out time. Washing machine cannot be used. Only for show.

I recently stayed at Pavilion Ceylon Hill Suite for 6 days, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Here are some major issues I encountered: 1. **No Hot Water for Last 2 Nights:** On the 5th and 6th night of my stay, there was no hot water available. Trying to bathe in cold water was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. This basic amenity should be a given in any accommodation. 2. **Hidden Cleaning Service Charges:** The hotel failed to communicate upfront that daily cleaning service is not complimentary. They only informed me on the spot that I would be charged RM100 for each cleaning service. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. 3. **Towel Change Hassle and Extra Charges:** Shockingly, there is no daily towel change service, and guests are expected to pay RM20 for each towel change. Even after paying, there's a risk of not receiving the towels with the excuse that there's no one inside the room. Despite informing the lobby that they are allowed to enter without our presence, the service remains unreliable. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of Pavilion Ceylon Hill Suite. The issues extend beyond just the lack of amenities; it reflects poorly on the overall preparation of the facility and the management team. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable accommodation option.
