I was happy when I found the Old English style of the hotel when booked, but soon lost the good feeling. Upon entering a strong smell of sewerage (in hall not room), and the room was average and cramped. I went downstairs and had an average dinner that I had to pay for in advance. The best part of the facility is the great beer selection with a nice English a**osphere. Good choice for a beer next to the train station.

I rate it 5 stars. Not because everything is perfect on an absolute scale, but for a 3 stars english pub hotel in a charming city it offers a great stay with very good value for the money. Location is top. Right next to the cathedral constructed by the Danish king Christian the 4th. Good and clean room with a nice bed. Slept very well. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was really great in the pub and so were the bears. Felt totally in the UK here. It is an old hotel a bit worn out but it only adds to the charm. We will be back.

The people who run it are really nice and worked hard to keep you happy and informed. It’s an older hotel with no air conditioning and small rooms but that’s what I was expecting before I went so just know what you’re renting. But the staff was great

I have been told that pubs in England often have rooms on top and that is what is is. The fact that we could check in only at 4 pm because the hotel is closed, was strange but they did allow us to leave the luggage so it was ok. Staff was very nice. The hotel is across the train station and easy to find. The room was huge with a balcony and an extra room with sofa and second television. . Is is rather old and n the need of some up keep but still nice enough. Breakfast was very nice with many things to choose from.

Hotel Bishop Arms är en minnesfel kvarleva i Kristianstad. Excellent läge, Bra parkering, Pub/Resturant i huset. Mycket trevlig personal.
