Nationalparkhotel Klockerhaus

Excellent hotel with sensational food. Very nice service. Pet friendly hotel. Ski bus stop in front of the hotel. Close to the waterfalls. Very clean in the rooms. Nice SPA zone. Room with a nice balcony, comfortable beds. The hotel has a gym, ski room and ping pong table.

We stayed at this hotel for the 4th time and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very clean, with balconies and hardwood floor, bathrooms are quite spacious and well appointed. The bed sheets and towels are of very good quality. Food was plentiful and ok at breakfast and dinner and we appreciated their complimentary drink at dinner. The pool area is very nice and well-kept, with loungers and umbrellas. The only thing I missed is the tea&coffee facility in the room, or at least a tea kettle. But all in all we enjoyed our time there and plan to come back next summer! Thank you Czerny family for another wonderful holiday in beautiful Krimml!

We stayed as a couple with our dog in room 110. The hotel is very nice, a cosy and warm atmosphere with very friendly staff. We particularly enjoyed the evening food, there was a great variety of options and they were all super tasty. The breakfast could have greater variety however the options were also tasty. The spa area was lovely and clean, far more impressive than how it comes across in the photos. Which was a nice surprise! The cleaning service was superb and flexible around our dog walks, nothing was ever an issue and we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel is located in a beautiful picturesque location, with great dog walks and nearby local amenities. The ski bus takes 15 mins to Hochkrimml and the stop is just next to the hotel. All in all we loved the hotel and would come back again.

This is the ideal place to stay for hiking and visiting the waterfalls as it’s only a short walk from the falls. The rooms have balconies, some of which are facing the falls so you have a fantastic view. The rooms are very comfortable, not large, but have everything you need including a small fridge for your own private use. The hotel also has a small spa and a lovely bio natural swimming pool with sun lounges and cushions. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will advise you on hikes in the vicinity, of which there are many. We had half board which I can highly recommend as the food was excellent, the first drink was also free and you could choose between beer, wine or a soft drink. Breakfast was also very good with lots of cold cuts and cheeses. I can certainly recommend this hotel

Wir haben zum dritten Mal den Aufenthalt im Klockerhaus genossen. Die Zimmer sind stets top sauber. Wünsche werden immer erfüllt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an das Küchenteam. Unsere Tochter konnte bedenkenlos glutenfreie Köstlichkeiten genießen, das ist längst nicht selbstverständlich. Gerne würden wir die morgendliche Gästezeitung mitnehmen. Vielleicht gäbe es eine Alternative, die Menüwahl an die Küche weiterzugeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir sind Stammgäste und kommen schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne! Auch diesmal haben wir einen wunderbaren Skiurlaub in unserem Lieblingshotel verbracht. Der Service ist super! Alle Wünsche werden berücksichtigt und die Atmosphäre ist absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Morgens genießen wir das große Frühstücksbuffet, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Abends gibt es drei Gerichte zur Auswahl bzw. 2x pro Woche Buffet (1x Pinzgauer Bauernbuffet und 1x Italienisches Buffet). Außerdem jeden Abend ein reichhaltiges Salatbuffet. Zum Abschluss gibt es einen süßen Nachtisch, Schnaps oder Kaffee (nach Wunsch). Alles stets frisch zubereitet und lecker! Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber - einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Nachmittags kann man sich in der entspannenden Wellness-Oase erholen, wenn man mag. Hotel, Zimmer. gesamtes Personal freundlich, Wellness Bereich alles Top! Innovativ mit einer E-Ladestation!!! Außenbereich nach hinten mit Naturteich gepflegt und ansprechend zum verweilen und Entspannen: Sonnen ein gutes Buch lesen oder ab ins Wasser...

Nicht das 1. Mal verbrachten wir einige Tage im Hotel Klockerhaus und wie immer wurden wir familiär herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und entsprechen dem neuesten Standard.. Alles sehr gepflegt! Die Küche hat sich wieder mal übertroffen - die Speisen sind frisch und abwechslungsreich und sehr schön arrangiert. Der Service tip top! Und nach einem erfüllten Skitag ist die Nutzung des Spa-Bereiches wohltuend.. Vielen Dank an das Klockerhaus-Team. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.. Gerne kommen wir. wieder.

Wir sind mit unserer Familie seit vielen Jahren im Winter und auch im Sommer zu Gast im Klockerhaus. Es ist jedes mal wie nach Hause kommen. Besonders genießen wir neben den tollen Zimmern, den Wellnessbereich und die feine Küche des Hausherren. Danke an die Familie Czerny und Ihr tolles Team.
