It is not a place that a tourist can easily find and it is located almost in the middle of an "industrial zone" and you need to get there by an unpaved road. As I expressed my need for local cuisine, my business partner took me to this place. What a nice surprise! The place has a regional decor, with old photos on the walls and simple tables and benches to sit on. Menu is relatively short, however almost everything there is of Bulgarian origin and prepared at place - it is difficult to point at any particular dish because everything was so good - just don't forget to have one of Bulgarian salads! We visit Burgas regularly and we usually visit some "posh" restaurants located in the centre of the city or with a view to the sea. This one doesn't offer any good views (it is good few miles from the sea), however they served the best Bulgarian food, I have ever had in Bulgaria.
