Ottima posizione rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro della città, colazione abbondante sia dolce che salato, ampia stanza e bagno.

Hotel Lavender is een mooi, kleinschalig hotel voor een scherpe prijs. Ook de ligging is gunstig: 15 min lopen van het treinstation «Kraków Główny» en 13 min lopen naar het grote plein «Rynek Główny». Wij hadden een «Comfort» kamer op de bovenste verdieping. De kamer was ruim, licht, met een goed werkende airco en een prettige badkamer met een ruime douche. Wij waren ook heel blij met de kleine koelkast en het bureau. De kledingkast was te klein voor onze kleren voor een verblijf van een week. De badjassen waren niet nodig geweest, liever zouden wij een t****e hoofdkussen per bed willen hebben. Onder het bed vonden wij een Milka plastic verpakking die niet van ons was. Maar voor de rest leek de kamer schoon. Als je wilt dat de kamer tijdens je verblijf wordt schoongemaakt, moet je een bordje op de deurkruk ophangen. Anders wordt het niet schoongemaakt. Heel verstandig en duurzaam want een dagelijkse schoonmaak hoeft van ons niet. De kamer is niet geluidsdicht. Zo hoor je het verkeer van de straat (met name de tram) maar ook geluiden op de gang. Het ontbijt was heel goed en gevarieerd. Het ontbijt werd in de loop van de ochtend steeds aangevuld. De service van de vele, jonge medewerkers was zeer goed. Wij zouden hier opnieuw overnachten. PS: In dezelfde straat als het hotel vind je een uitstekende zeepwinkel met zelf geproduceerde zeep op nummer 27: «Rajska Mydlarnia». Hier kocht ik bijna al mijn cadeau's voor vrienden en familie thuis.

Beautiful little hotel, within walking distance to Krakow Old Town which is stunning. The hotel is spotless. There is a buffet style breakfast with something for everyone. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back there. Trams run frequently along the road the hotels situated on.

Lovely clean boutique hotel helpful staff in Old Town reasonable prise Lots to see and do. Only inconvenience plugs for hair styling nowhere near mirror . Trip to auchwitz berkenhow tragically sad but worth doing as well as salt mines.city full of wonderful architecture food good.flights £50 each return user £10 flor 30 mins drive

Great location close to the Old Town approximately a 15 minute walk away to the square. Room is a great size with modern decoration. The shower is powerful and there has been lovely friendly staff. The drinks are also cheap at the bar. Also very happy with the check out time of 12pm.

The hotel is well decorated and has a really nice ambiance. We booked a deluxe room and was expecting a larger room than initially provided. However, we were moved to another room when we asked.
The modern rooms are really comfortable. Fridge and kettle provided, although only teabags and sugar available…no milk or coffee. We had brought our own so this wasn’t a big deal.
Two bottles of water provided each day (one still and one sparkling).
The bed is really comfy. My gripe is that the sheets aren’t big enough to cover the mattress and you only get one small pillow (I had to ask for another pillow and the first night do without as the hotel was ‘busy’, but received the additional pillows for our remaining 4 nights.
Decent size TV although no English speaking channels at all.
The bathroom is really nicely decorated and has a decent hairdryer. Basic hand wash at the sink and body wash in the shower. No other toiletries.
The front of the hotel can get noisy with trams etc, however there were some earplugs in the wardrobe if needed.
Superb location, being 10-15 minutes walk from the square. Some excursions will collect/drop off at the hotel too.
Konrad was really helpful and very chatty when on duty.

Charming decoration, located 10m away from old town and railway station, friendly and 24hs reception, clean and tidy. With elevator. I stayed one night, just to take a cab the following day to go to the airport at 6am. I didn't taste the breakfast. Unfortunately my low rate comes from the bad insulation of the rooms. This is an old house that has been converted into a hotel. There should have been a bigger investment in buying insultation material for the walls. If somebody just talk in the neighbour room you will hear everything. I was first located in a room that looked at the road, and the windows also didn't insulate the sound. I requested a change, but in the second room I was still hearing the talk of the neighbours next door.

Great place to stay clean and fresh.staff very helpful. Location is great place to use as a base to vist lots of places.wifi great and had a wonderful time. Would stay again. Rooms very warm and a powerful shower
