No.23 Premium Aparthotel

Nice and easy to access, making our arrival hassle-free. The self check-in process was incredibly simple and convenient. Located in a great area, we had easy access to local attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and prime location.

Very clean room/bathroom. Apartments are in a great location too and within walking distance of the square. Staff very helpful when we arrived late due to flight delays. Presence of staff at the hotel/apartment might be helpful to sort out day to day issues

Lovely clean ,new apartment. Had everything we needed for a few days away. Close to centre and local bars definitely recommended. Keyless entry so no worries about where to leave the keys. Great value for money. Also well placed for everything in Krakow

Lovely apartment not too far from the main square of krakow, not a 10 minute walk, quiet place not a lot of noise and hardly saw anyone, very clean, beds comfy I would have preferred an extra pillow to be honest but still slept ok, really lovely shower.. would definitely recommend

Convenient location. Everything in the room is clean and everything works. Clean, white bedding. We rested with the family. The room has everything you need. Clear settlement conditions We can recommend the bottom of the apartment………..

That’s fourth time We are at No. 23. and as always the rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. It was very good value for money for the place in Old Town.

We were not prepared for the lack of reception and staff upon arrival. We saw no one during our four day stay. All communication was via WhatsApp. The room was not cleaned throughout our whole stay. Only one tea bag and one coffee sachet each was left in the room. We had one towel each and had to request an extra one for our hands. Room was clean upon arrival but we were on the lower floor and the traffic noise was loud especially the trams throughout the day. The main door was left unlocked all day and night so security poor. We had to book our bags into another hotel as the late checkout was a metal cage under the stairs with a lock that anyone could open. Breakfast was via a cafe over the road (velo 22) and it was a very poor menu so we had scrambled eggs every morning. The cafe staff on our first day were very rude and abrupt. We asked for milk for our tea and the staff member shouted at us that they don’t drink tea like this in Poland, she then insisted on charging us for the thimble of milk she begrudgingly threw at us.

We stayed in this hotel and was very impressed , there is no reception which we were a bit sceptical at first as we were checking in late but you ring the number 1/2 days before you arrive and they give u all the details on a WhatsApp message. You get given the front door code and the code to get your room key out of a little key safe , we had no problem checking in as was very simple and easy. WiFi is good to .There is also a luggage room you can keep your luggage in for when u check out and the code is given when you text the number given , meaning u can enjoy your day if your fly isn’t till later . There is also a little sitting area downstairs. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is good and bright . The hotel is close to the centre of krakow only about a 10 minute walk. It is in a brilliant location , there is also a shop and a little cafe 4 minute walk up road on the same street for snack and refreshments.

No reception but an easy process for check in by emailing or calling the hotels number 2 days prior to your stay, they then send you codes on whatsapp prior to your check in for the main door and a key safe to get your room key, a code can be provided by messaging the hotel on whatsapp for the luggage storage if you have a late flight and no where to put your bags, this is convenient as check out time is 10am. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre which is a beautiful square with many places to eat and drink so very convenient and the hotel is located in a safe and quiet place with corner shops a minute walk away. There’s trams running past the hotel but didnt make much noise so didn’t bother us even though our room was facing the road, there is also bus stops on the street and electric scooters that you can rent that worked out at around £0.18 a minute. We were extremely impressed with the room that we stayed in, it was very clean and tidy and had a mini fridge and a safe included. We were not disappointed by the room at all, wifi and a tv were also included with no extra cost. Would be great for group holidays, family holidays and also solo travellers.
