Fantastisch gelegen, midden in het centrum. Mooie grote kamers, modern en nieuw ingericht. Vriendelijk en behulpzame receptie.
Fantastically located, right in the center. Nice big rooms, modern and newly furnished. Friendly and helpful reception.

Fantastic stay.
Amazing location.
Staff are very nice.
Comfy bed but pillows are a bit flat.
Lovely kitchen area.
BEST SHOWER EVER extremely spacious and powerful.
Very quiet which we found surprising as the hotel is in the main square.
Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Room was with glass door towards outside, which is very weird and with ridiculous cover, against light coming in.
Not the amenities expected for a 4 star hotel. And unfortunately very easy to hear the people in the room next to you..
Really only two positive things I can say. The location is good and it was clean.

This is a great property in the main square, my only complaint is the beds and pillows. Mattress was very hard for my whole family and lack of full or firm pillows made sleeping difficult

The hotel is in a great location, the room was spacious clean and comfortable and I loved having the additional lounge and kitchen area.
Breakfast is available in the restaurant downstairs and there are plenty of little supermarkets and patisseries nearby.
The daytime staff in reception were excellent and helped us purchase tickets and organise day trips at a reasonable price unlike many websites.

Perfect location for a visit to Krakow overlooking the old square. Lovely room and great communication from hotel with any questions you have and arranging transport from airport. Would definitely recommend Bit of noise from outside but no more than you’d expect for the benefit of being in the centre of things.
