Good location. Excellent service. Nice room. Rich buffet breakfast. Next time in Krakow, definitely Hotel Alexander again!

Super hotel, położony blisko rynku w Krakowie. Hotel po remoncie i z dobudowana nowa częścią. Pachnie swieżoscia. Klimatyzacja ok. Łazienka, reczniki i pościel wszystko czyste. Śniadania super wybor. Nawet przed 10-ą pelen wybór, nawet ciasto do kawy.Brak parkingu hotelowego ale łatwo znaleźć miejsce na okolicznych parkingach od 20 wieczorem do 10 rano bezplatnych. Super obsluga. Przyjazny pan na recepcji. Na pewno tu wrócimy.

De zeer gunstige ligging is het grootste pluspunt van dit hotel. Bijna alle bezienswaardigheden in de oude binnenstad zijn op loopafstand, met name de grote markt met de vele terrassen en restaurants is maar ca. 5 minuten lopen. Heel veel tramhaltes ook binnen 5 minuten loopafstand. Bij de receptie werden we erg knullig geholpen: het duurde lang voordat de 2 medewerkers en 1 stag±ere, die alle 3 met 1 gast bezig waren ons opmerkten, althans de stagere, die wel vriendelijk was, maar nog niet erg goed was ingewerkt. We waren vanuit de luchthaven 1/2 uur ( om 13:30) te vroeg aangekomen, zodat onze kamer nog niet beschikbaar was en moesten tot 14:00u wachten......we zijn toen maar het centrum ingelopen. Na de 2e dag was er nog niemand van het schoonmaakpersoneel op onze kamer geweest, zodat we zelf bij de receptie om schone handdoeken en nieuw toilet papier moesten vragen. ook de dagen er na is er niemand op onze kamer geweest voor service.( schoonmaken aanvullen enz.) Wel positief vonden we het ontbijt, wat regelmatig bijgevuld werd en er was voldoende plaats (verdeeld over 2 ruimtes). Ook de airco zorgde voor koele nachten.

Fantastic location for all your needs in Krakow. After a lengthy delay and a cancelled flight we arrived at the Alexander hotel to a lovely reception. They thanked us for informing them that we'd been delayed, so the hotel upgraded our rooms because the thought we'd been through enough. The location is 5/10 mins walk from the main square. Plenty of shops and bars restaurants on the doorstep. Staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. Rooms are spotless, beds comfy and warm. Breakfast lovely. Highly recommend this hotel. From a bit of a disaterous start to our city break the hotel and staff made us feel a lot happier. Krakow..... You need to visit. Stunning city. Some much to do and see...we will be returning.

An excellent hotel. Clean, inviting, warm. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Room clean to a high standard with a professional attitude from housekeeping staff. TV didn’t work but was there to get head down plus probably wouldn’t understand half of it anyway so not bothered about that. Shower could have had more pressure but it’s a big hotel and it was hot. The hotdog onion mix was nice at breakfast and the spread is excellent but some of it was beyond my taste buds.. a thoroughly enjoyable stay! Would highly recommend and also return one day hopefully.

First time going to krakow and I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to krakow. Room was clean and comfortable, and for a 3* I thought it was great value for money. It was pretty central and with a short walk to the old town square and breakfast was pretty good with various breakfast items. Loved the little touches to the room with the bathrobes, chocolates and water. We did pay for the modern premium room so would recommend paying the little extra for these rooms,

This is the third visit to this hotel. The location is great & not far from the main square. I stayed in the new extension room last year & is far better than the rooms in the original building.. The rooms in the original building are showing signs of age & even though they are cleaned to a good standard, they do need an upgrade. I would upgrade to a premium room as the receptionist called them if I ever visited again. Apart from that the hotel is a friendly hotel & is clean.. Breakfast is ok & they seem to replenish the items regularly. Would recommend it, but make sure you get the better rooms.

After reading some slightly mixed reviews (although non terrible) we honestly didn’t know if we would find our stay average or great… it was definitely the latter! When we arrived the staff on reception were very polite and informed us that although we had already upgraded before our stay that we had been upgraded again to a suit! The room was faultless, it was spacious, unbelievably clean and very comfortable. There were also water dispensers located in the corridors! We had breakfast for two days out of the three we were there due to early morning trips, both days the breakfast was great with many options available from continental to cooked breakfast and also waffles and pancakes (which my partner thoroughly enjoyed!) on the day of departure our cases were stored for us so we didn’t have to have them with us all day, very helpful as we had an early evening flight home. The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the main square. For a three star hotel this place definitely exceeded our expectations and more! We will be sure to stay here when visiting again.
