Nice place to stay as it is close to Krakow Glowny Station. However, there are no lights in the hallway which makes it creepy and hard to get up the stairs at night. Wifi can be quite iffy at times as with other areas in Krakow. Bed and service is great though.

Appreciated the staff help on checkin with local attractions and obtaining some laundry soap.
The loft area is more of a crawl space, unable to stand.
Each apar**ent has wifi router, when you have issues with yours, you're told to just jump onto next available link. Trouble is, only 2-3 were operational by the end of our time there, and the bandwidth was being shared by the whole building. Upgrade your network!

Great location, five minute walk from the railway station and ten minute walk to the main square in the old town. Spacious and clean apar**ent with all the facilities you could need.

I absolutely LOVED our stay at Fresh Apar**ents. The location is perfect, close to Old Town Krakow with lots of public transport to go to other places as well. I loved that it was near a shopping mall too!
The apar**ent was very clean, spacious and well equipped and the customer service was great also.
I did not enjoy that the bed was on the floor but it wasn't a deal breaker.
I give it 4 stars because the internet was terrible so that could be improved.
