Difficult to find. Went to the wrong location and was only redirected to the correct location after calling the concierge. You have to open the lock outside the door to retrieve the key. I was told that I had to find my own luggage storage after checking out and it was problematic. Most hotels would have a luggage room, but this one apparently does not have.

清潔度とロケーションは素晴らしいが、3泊なのにバスタオルが2泊分しか用意がないのとトイレットペーパーの用意が少ない。
そしてトイレットペーパーホルダーがないのはいかがなものか。

말도 안되는 훌륭한 아파트먼트입니다.
발코니방을 선택했었는데 한달살기 하러 오고 싶은 곳이었어요. 다만 키를 받으려면 아파트먼트 안으로 달어가거나 전화를 직접 헤야 하는데 그런 안내가 없어서 도착하고 나서 엄청나게 헤맸습니다.
다시 크라코프로 간다면 무조건 여기서 묵을 꺼에요.

住宿位置距離火車站不遠，五分鐘步程就到，日用品只在入住時發放，經反映後也有給過一次補給。住宿不會提供每日清潔服務。

Ideal location for a few days in the city. Clean and tidy with help at reception if needed.

Walkable to the main train station and the Krakòw Old Town. Easy connection to the airport.
Furnished apartment is clean and offer everything we need (cloth washer machine, kitchen, and balcony.
One unfortunate thing, we have never received the passcode to enter the building. But it was easily resolved by calling the reception on the phone.
