Drinkwater is bij binnenkomst niet aanwezig, we vragen om warm water, er is geen bediening, zeer slecht, niet attent, een kopje koffie is niet slecht.

I honestly cannot rate this guesthouse highly enough. It only has 6 rooms, so a laidback and quiet vibe, and it is very clear the owner and his girlfriend genuinely care about both their guests and the upkeep of the hotel. Absolutely spotlessly clean, not literally not even one piece of dust in our room.
Some people complained about traffic noise in other reviews, but we were on the top floor and facing the back of the building so didn't notice any noise whatsoever.
Loved the balcony and the view, and *strong* AC which is getting crucial in Krabi right now as temperatures rise.
Central location.....5 mins walk to downtown, markets, 7-11s, ferry port etc.
As far as "bang for your buck", this has to be one of the best value guesthouses around.
I have already booked another couple of nights later this month.
Highly recommended.

The room is very clean with all comfortable facilities. Located in the middle of Krabi with nearby local bars , restaurants, night markets and dock ports. If you’re finding the peace and quiet place to rest. 100% Recommended this one. The owner is very nice and friendly, too. Your Krabi trip will be a memorable one.

The room is very clean and spacious. The owner helped us to get a private driver take us to Emerald pool, hot stream and Tiger cave temple.

Highly recommend!! Super clean, nice AC, comfortable, lots of space and super central to Krabi walking street/ night market and the water. Lovely staff, great deal!

This place is very nicely maintained and in a good spot of krabi town. It’s very close to a few night markets and there are tour booths all around if you want to do some sightseeing. It can be a little loud at night but not too bad.

Nice clean and quiet. Staff are great, friendly, and helpful. Room 6, top floor, balcony facing west. Very nice. Would stay again.

The property can be located easily on the mainroad in Krabi Town.
Rooms were comfy and clean, totally worth every penny and will definitely go back again.
