The hotel is in a terr-bile condition, there is an event hall in one of the floors, so the lobby is almost always crowded, there is only one small elevator for such a large hotel, and the elevator is almost always crowned and the waiting time is too much, there is no clear co-ordination between reception n house-keeping. The set top box of the tv was seen simply hanging above the tv unsupported, the lock system is again messy and often malfunctioning. The shower handle was partly broken.

Room is clean and good. Staffs are very rude and unpolite. Nobody supports to keep up the luggage. Keeping a culture, they are taking arabs as thier premium guests and we are just 3rd rated citizens. Place very breakfast serving was very hot untidy and insects and flies are over the food stuffs, which is very much unhygenic. So many better choices at calicut. So better to avoid this. Nobody is there to even assist passenger luggage. When asked for this the manager talked very rougly and rude and asked to cancel, because they only needs arab guests. Wifi signal is there. Will be connected. But no internet connectivity. For corporate or business travel, its a worst experience

Room service is pathetic. Very poor response. No tea maker in rooms, tea is provided in rooms only after 8:00 am. For tea delivery also it takes 30 minutes.

Pretty good hotel in the city with all basic amenities and good service. Nothing fancy to be expected. Restaurant serves good food.
