On arrival we were greeted by a very lovely lady in reception. Sadly we weren’t happy with our room. First impression as we walked in there was a very badly stained carpet, then went into the kitchen to a hot tap constantly dripping, really badly stained coffee cups, dirty old used scourer and kitchen brush. The shower had mould on the wall and toilet stained. We had a few small cockroaches crawling through the room and there was no servicing of the room over the weekend which we were not informed about. It’s not a place we would want to stay in again.

Bridge was very helpful. recommended many attractions and offered discount vouchers to us. I especially like the Themal bath. Used it twice a day.

所謂的早餐太次，就兩片麪包，兩罐酸奶，一盒200毫升牛奶，幾個果醬，辦理入住的當天就放房間裏，關鍵是酸奶、牛奶都沒放冰箱。所謂的motel 温泉，就兩個中國70年代的貼瓷磚的池子。

For what we paid I expected way better from this motel. For almost $600 NZD per night I at least expected it to be clean. The shower, appliances and walls were filthy. Extremely disappointed. The best thing about this motel was the location for our activities while in Rotorua.

Ground floor, parking close to the unit, easy booking, comfortable bed, good mixer tap in shower which had plenty of pressure. Easy check in and out.

A comfortable, roomy hotel room, that could do with some updating, and basic repairs such as a new washer for a badly dripping tap. The kitchen was roomy for a motel room too, with lots of bench space. The warm pool was great and I soaked a short while in one of the hot tubs as well. The bed was comfortable and the wi-fi worked. Walking distance to the steaming, bubbling hot pools of Kuirau Park.
