I had the best night here! The receptionist is so welcoming and friendly. I swear the place is so cozy, clean and the features in the capsule is great and cute!! Surely will come here again in the future. Thank you so much Jpod kk🫶🏻

這家酒店是我一生中在境外住過的酒店最差的一家，沒有之一！這天當班的一位叫:JSK開頭的前台工作人員接待我（他是唯一一位會講一點點中文的人），我用MAST卡付款了有關費用後，就進房了，之後發現付款的信用卡發票沒有，我隨即去前台與這位JSK工作人員確認發票事宜，沒想到這位工作人員用兇惡的眼神盯着我説：“給你了”，我説：“我翻遍小包裏肯定沒有”，他態度又兇狠的説：我們有監控的，如果調出監控證明給你了，你怎麼説？”我回答説：“你調吧，如果證明確實給我了，我像你賠禮道歉可以嗎？”他説：“賠禮道歉就這麼簡單？”之後，他估計心虛不敢調監控，然後反而威脅我説：“你是不是想搞事啊？.....。大夥兒想一想：我孤身一人在境外，我怎麼會去搞事？其次，我衹是説發票沒有給我，能補就補，哪怕複印件也可以，怎麼可能為一張發票在異國他鄉搞事？最後我衹能忍耐離開，俗話説：強龍鬥不過***，何況我也不是什麼強龍。而且馬來西亞有很多土著人，信奉伊斯蘭教的，我去的時候就有一絲擔憂的。而且他還狂妄的説道：”這個酒店就是我的，我説了算的，....。”這口氣好厲害哦。我相信他有這個能耐開酒店，應該有後台或背景的，但是像這種無異於黑酒店，其他遊客敢不敢嘗試我就不得而知了，我的親身經歷希望能給想去這家酒店的驢友起到一點鑒簽，衹有百利無一害吧？

注意：這家店會“故意”另收旅遊税（其它店都無此情況發生），如果不找出證據來會收取旅遊税（每天10馬幣），幸虧找到訂購網站發給我的已交過的旅遊税“發票”，才將多交的旅遊税要回！

The capsules were very clean and comfortable. Reception desk associates were friendly and accomodating. 7-11 is around the corner, much as several local cafes/eateries. Imago mall is ~10 minutes walk (take a shortcut via Jalan Kemajuan).

The receptionist was very friendly and approachable. It was my first capsule hotel experience and it was a positive one. Would definitely drop by again when I’m at Kota Kinabalu.
