The services excellent.booking with request for room 1 bed, have view and hotel provided... The facilities good. Parking is free.swimming pool clean... The food for breakfeast is good, delicious and veriaty👍👍

Friendly staffs. Room was sparkling clean. It has been fully renovated. Furnitures seems new & comfortable. Iron & iron board inside the wardrobe. Hairdryer in the toilet. Complete amenities except no body lotion. Marked in the booking as staying for Anniversary and the hotel surprised us with simple anniversary deco with fresh roses in our room with no charge. Thank you so much, we love it!♥️. Breakfast was okay with fried kuew teow, fried rice & plain porridge with condiments. Also chicken curry, beef rendang, potato wedges, egg station & some desserts & fruit. Pool also okay. Definitely will come back!

The hotel is nice & clean. I love their buffet breakfast. The staff always smiles 😊 So far all good. You can just walk to Karamunsing.

Yes it is an old hotel but it has been refurbished. Simple lobby and simple deluxe room but everything is functional and refurbished and very clean. Mattress and pillows are ok but it is definitely not the luxury hotel standards (marriott, hilton, hyatt). Anyway this is a 4 star hotel and not 5 star therefore for the price it charges, it is value for money. Buffet breakfast is ok for 4 star hotel and there is a coffee machine.
